The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful upon check-in. Everything went smooth, the bell boy who was on duty helped bring our bags to the room. Though the hotel looks dated, I like how well maintained it is. The rooms were exceptionally clean, so does the bathroom. The room smells nice, there was no musty smell. The beds were comfy, aircon working well.

The only downside of the hotel I would say is the internet connection. The hotel needs to improve on this because I was also working remotely during my visit to SP so it was quite challenging when the Internet is unstable.

My highest compliment to the staff and their services as I broke my thigh bone during my stay..they went out their way giving me and my wife a room near the lift and reserved a special parking place for us. Additionally, the food for breakfast and dinner was delicious. I highly recommended this hotel

The tile used in the toilet was very slippery as I was using crutches in the toilet. My wife also almost fell down. The air conditioning also took a long time to cool down the room. Other than that I am satisfied with the rest.

All around friendly, smiling staff. Bumped into a staff entering from the car park and she said good morning to us even though she has not clocked in to work. Reception was fast and fuss free. Room is clean, comfortable and quiet. We had a good night's sleep. Would have been perfect if the shower water pressure was higher. Ample car park.

Shower water pressure was weak. Too many cones blocking the drive way at the porte cochere.

I loved that you can see this hotel directly from the highway. And its beautiful. The staffs were also very kind and helpful. The room was large and spacious. The bed was also comfortable.

My own personal preference, i prefer like really really hot water for bathing, and it wasn't that hot here for me. The air cond for the room wasn't that cold as well. Again my own personal preference. It was great shower and aircond wise for my husband..

Start with the front desk receptionist was very polite and the check in process was very smooth and fast. Next to concierge service was too good, no need to request they are waiting at the hotel entrance. Room was spacious, clean, neat and there are toiletries provided. Bed was spacious for 3pax. View from the window was pleasant. The hotel is magnificent in look. The staff all are very polite. The swimming pool also very clean.

Just the shower hot water is not enough hot.

We got the suite so the room is very spacious. Staff is nice and it is quite a nice hotel.

There is no lift to the basement, so you will need to take the stairs. Maybe because it was a weekend, there were quite a number of visitors and cars. There was a staff painting the doors in the morning which creates a strong smell even into the room. The ventilation is also not good as we can smell someone smoking from the other rooms through the bathroom.

Staff super attentive. Housekeeping ends at 12am, and they were nice enough to attend our request for extra bed at the 11th hour. Staff who checked us in were kind enough to accommodate our request for rooms to be closed together. The water pressure in the toilet is nice, and it really helps us to combat the hot heat outside. Bed is very spacious. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

No lift from parking. But staff was nice enough to help with our luggage by carrying them down the stairs.

Check in is smooth, room was clean, internet speed was acceptable

the spring for my mattress was a bit caved in on one side, good if it can be replaced. The other one was in good condition. There's no lift to reach the hotel lobby from the basement carpark, a little bit hard if you carrying heavy luggage to go up by stairs. But, I guess we can always drop out things at the lobby before parking in the basement.

I liked the atmosphere of the room but if I can make a suggestion to the management that to replace all the bathtub to standing shower as your hotel concept is more to business travellers and short trip guests.

Bathroom floor slippery when wet. My room number was 1010 there's a leak from the toilet tap and stagnant water beside the toilet. Hope you can solve this issue.

The staff at the reception was friendly. The rooms were also affordable. The food was delicious, served in very big portions and affordable. So, I would definitely recommend to go try their restaurant at the lobby. The hotel is also near to a lot of convenience stores and cafes so a plus for me.

The bell boy service was not there when I arrived. I had to go search for the bell boy to help with luggage. The room could also use a bit more lighting.
