The team are great, doing as much as they can to make your stay comfortable. The hotel is lovely they have created a modern comfortable environment to enjoy. The roof top terrace is great for sunsets, and quiet drinks. Located in Floriana it’s close enough to all the activity in Valletta but quiet to enjoy a relaxing time. Easy to access most transport including water taxis and fast ferry. Staff give good tips to local area and restaurants

Breakfast options are limited and basic, better to go out to eat. The limited access to the roof top is disappointing as would be a great place to enjoy evening drinks after 8pm

The suite was spacious and very comfortable. Lots of little touches and personalisation. Staff very friendly and helpful, giving recommendaions for eating and sight seeing etc. Hotel was in a great location within easy walking distance of all the various historical sights within Valletta, while being just outside the city itself, so away from the noise and bustle of thouseands of tourists.

Cruise ships dock and Valletta is crowded with large guided groups of tourists who take a long time to pass or enter into various sites.

Hands down, this is the best hotel I've ever stayed at! The location, amenities, style, staff, service, and price are couldn’t be any better. One highlight was the flexibility with our schedule— we were lucky & we were able to check in early at 10 AM on our first day and storing our luggage with continued access to the hotel's amenities until 7 PM on our departure day was incredibly convenient. The staff at the hotel are warm-hearted, professional, and extremely helpful, making our stay truly memorable. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable. An unexpected delight was the rooftop bar, which offers stunning views and became the perfect spot to enjoy the Firework Festival. It was an amazing experience that added to our wonderful stay.

The humidity in the bathroom is hard to get rid of, but that's about it. Everything else can be described in superlatives.

Very good location - less than 10 minutes walking to the Triton Fountain (the heart of the downtown) and less than 10 minutes walking to the waterfront (where start the ferries to Gozo and the three cities). The room was very clean, the bathroom luxurious and spacious. The terrace on the roof has a magnificent city view and it is very cosy to have drinks in the evening. The staff and the owner are very polite and helpful. I fell in love with this hotel and I highly recommend it.

This hotel was lovely. We stayed in a suite that had two floors, the first with the toilet and living room and the upper one with the bed. The hotel staff were always very friendly, and they shared things to do in and around Malta with some local tips. It was easy to get there from the airport, and the area is very quiet and close to Valletta city center. We would go back for sure.

The cleaning is only every third day if you stay long enough (which is alright), but when we got our room cleaned, we didn't get new cups and spoons. We also noticed there were some old opened tea bags in the tea/coffee box when we arrived.

Beautifully restored property in an ideal location. Ryan and Mia are wonderful hosts (we built our week around their recommendations) and were on hand whenever we needed them. Location is great for exploring. Buses to pretty much the whole island stop on the main road a 1 minute walk away and Valletta gate is a 10 minute stroll. We stayed in room 1 which has a cute balcony for some fresh air and some great original features like limestone arches. Bathroom was really well appointed with an enormous shower and plenty of toiletries. We were given a choice of frequency for housekeeping which was a nice touch. Bed was generous and comfy. Sleep was very easy to come by. We'd both have no hesitation in returning.

Everything, the location, the staff, the amenities. 23 boutique was perfect and we loved our stay there. Everyone was so friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable of the area. Gave great recommendations. Valletta is short walk away as well is the bus stop which will get you to most parts of Malta. The place is just so beautiful, lovely lobby/waiting area and our room was big with a huge bathroom and walk in shower. There is also a rooftop which we managed to use the day we were leaving to enjoy some sunshine and relax before our flight. I cannot recommend 23 Boutique Hotel more. Not only is the room comfortable, spacious, and clean, but the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Mia has a wealth of knowledge of the Island and advised us daily where and when to go to places. Preferring the more off the beaten track locations, Mia helped us find beaches that were not as crowded and stunningly beautiful. We truly had a fantastic trip in part because of her and 23 Boutique Hotel. Do not hesitate and book a room here for your Malta trip.

The service at this hotel is impeccable! When my car broke down during my trip, the staff were incredibly helpful and quickly contacted a rental car company for me, solving my urgent problem. Additionally, the hotel’s lobby manager is an adorable dog, adding a unique and cozy touch to the whole experience. Whether it’s their professional service or the special ambiance, I truly felt at home. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

The staff were so very friendly and helpful. They gave us a very long introduction on arrival to the hotel. The room was super clean and the bed was very comfy. We slept very well. They showed the euros on the TV and the boutique vibe of the hotel was lovely.

There were no radiators or places to dry towels. Given it was an indoor room with no window/balcony, there could have been an option for drying out towels. The rooftop bar was also closed for the whole of our stay. It would be great if this was open later in the summer for a drink on the rooftop.
