The location is perfect, at the very heart of Valletta old town, close to all the sites and at a walking distance from the ferry stations and the main bus station. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We arrived very late at night because of the late flight and they waited for us at Starbucks to give us the card key and everything. The amount of food you get for breakfast per person is indeed a lot, and it was nice to have food delivered to our room at an hour specified the night before.

The inner terrace doesn’t actually have a view, as it is surrounded by walls from all four sides. That kind of spoils the experience of drinking your morning coffee while listening to the bells of St. John’s Co-Cathedral. The breakfast is served from Starbucks, which means always the same selection from a limited number of sweet pastries, a few sandwichy options and granola (coffee, juices, water and fruits were a nice bonus, of course)

Location was perfect as it was on one of the main roads in Valetta. The hotel rooms were actually accessed through a Starbucks, which was a novelty thing. The lift to the rooms would only work with the code that you were given. You would walk out of the hotel / through the Starbucks entrance and you were right near all the shops and restaurants. Only a short walk to the Triton fountain where the taxi rank and bus terminal were. There was no “check in” for the hotel as you were emailed the code to access the room/lift with instructions the day before your stay. Made it much simpler. There was a phone number that we could have rung if we had any issues. Great waterfall shower in the bathroom. The tv is a smart tv so allows you to access your Netflix and Amazon Prime account. The coffee and tea facilities were stocked up daily too.

Only one minor thing was that our view from our window was of an internal part of the hotel, so no outside view. Still lots of natural light coming into the room. View was not really an issue though as we wouldn’t be spending that long looking outside in any event.

Very well located on Republic street where there is no short of eateries and within walking distance to major landmarks in Valletta. Quite well equipped with small electric kettle, fridge, hair dryer and iron. Provides a very sumptuous breakfast delivered to room at a choice of timings as hotel is just situated above Starbucks

The floors could be mopped as feel sticky if not wearing sandals as this is not provided and bath basins are not well cleaned when make up room. The quality of bath towels can be improved. Overall the room and toilet is not very big but cosy. If you intend to take a cab, the car cannot come directly to hotel lobby but need to stop a distance away as Republic street is not accessible for vehicles as is a walking street, so a little inconvenience if handling luggage.

Very quiet hotel in the city center. We stayed during Carnivale and the parade passed directly in front of the hotel. Our room was on the inner courtyard and we did not hear a thing! The room was comfortable and clean. Good breakfast brought to our room.

The sign is a bit difficult to see and the check in process could have been a little more clear. We didn't realize that the reception is actually INSIDE the Starbuck's so we were confused. It's not a problem, just enter the Starbuck's and ask any employee. Otherwise, it was fine and the staff were helpful.

New and modern hotel. Comfortable bed and cushions. The room was Big enough, with 3 small tables and one long. Comfortable chairs. Lot of place in the closet. Dryer and iron . Light in the closet and night light in the toilets- very convenient. Coffee/tea facilities and also coffee machine. Breakfast was in the Starbucks cafe and we enjoyed it a lot. The entrance is also through the Starbucks.. Great location. We loved it and recommend. The only missing thing is view from the window but you can find great views all over the city...

You enter the hotel through Starbucks. Our codes for the front door and the elevator were not working and upon arrival we were lucky to be assisted from a member of the staff that happened to be there. The booking.com chat and phone number were not working, but we could contact the staff on another phone number that was written on a paper inside Starbucks.

We had a fantastic stay! Located right at the heart of Valletta, we where greeted by one of the staff who showed us to our room. Staff- are super polite and friendly. They make you feel welcome & always greeted us with a smile. Room- was spacious,super modern and spotlessly clean, very well equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries and all you need for a relaxing and memorable stay! Location - cannot really beat it! Right at the heart of Valletta, walking distance to all attractions in the area! Breakfast was served at Starbucks Reserve which is located right below the property. Many breakfast options to choose from which where all delicious. Perfectly brewed Starbucks coffee and fresh bread, pastries & healthy options. Just a few meters away from the property one can enjoy lunch / dinner at AKI. We had a really outstanding dining experience ranging from the best cuts of meat, freshly made sushi & the most authentic Japanese cuisine. A must try when you are staying at Melior. Will surely return at The Melior Boutique Hotel soon for longer stays 😊

Location: This hotel is situated in the heart of Valletta and is close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. Check-in: Although the hotel does not have a reception desk, we were greeted by the lovely manager upon arrival, who escorted us to our room. She also informed us of the security code that we received by mail, which can be used to access the main door, the lift, and the room door. Upon showing us the room, the manager offered us a complimentary drink. She also explained the breakfast procedure and options available. Room: The room is very modern, stylish, and clean. It is equipped with a Smart TV (larger than usually found in other hotels) and a sound bar, which can be connected to any device of your choice. Tea and coffee facilities are included (including an actual espresso machine). To my surprise, it was very nice to find an actual hair dryer, rather than the ones usually found in other hotels. In the wardrobe, one can also find bath robes, indoor slippers, ironing facilities and as well as a safe. One can also appreciate that both bedside tables are equipped with a wireless charging dock. Double glazing windows are also very effective, considering that the hotel is situated in the main road. Breakfast: For breakfast, we had to choose from the provided menu, tick whichever items we wanted and select the time we wanted it to be served in our room, and hang it to our room door the night before. It is very easy to understand. It included a variety of cold and hot beverages, fresh fruits, yoghurt, croissants, and bread rolls. It was sufficient and pleasant for both of us. Could not fault anything. Well done Melior.

10/10! Melior Boutique Hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Valletta a stone throw away from the main tourist attractions, restaurants and various shops. The room was luxurious and perfectly clean, staff were friendly and very helpful! Breakfast served from Starbucks Reserve which makes the stay one of a kind. The Reserve Bar was also a perfect place to relax and have some cocktails in the evening. I highly recommend staying at Melior Hotel when visiting Malta. Will surely visit again!
