Paid a little bit extra for the ocean view and it was AMAZING. The hotel is very modern and close to the town of Ensenada but not too far. The staff were very nice and my only complaint was parking was very little but they watched our car during the night and nothing happened to it. Also the breakfast is a little sparse but for $120 a night for a gorgeous ocean view I cannot complain. They also have a roof area with a pool and you can enjoy drinks etc. A true gem of a hotel. Book the ocean room view, you won't be sorry.

Better parking and a warm breakfast would have been nice. Currently the breakfast is included is cereal and fruit but no big deal.

The rooms were very clean and have a great view. The food is delicious and at a reasonable price. Staff are very polite, helpful and friendly.

Check-in took really long, and there was no AC in the check-in lobby. Also, on the first floor, there wasn't anyone to let you know that check-in was not there, but in the lobby on the 2nd floor. Also, the parking situation is not great. There was a lot of confusion.

This hotel's restaurant is highly underrated. No need to leave the building for breakfast. Chilaquiles were bomb, and the coffee was le-git. I would totally stay here again.

I found it a little inconvenient having to take one elevator just to reach the lobby, and a second elevator to get to my room, but that's no biggie. The only real annoyance we had was that our Booking.com reservation clearly stated check-out was at 1pm, and the front desk lady was trying to kick us out at noon. She claimed the website is outdated and the new check out time is 12 pm. I told her about my email confirmation saying 1 pm, and even offered to forward the email to her, but he was not interested and kept insisting that I leave before 1pm. I left at 1:30 pm "pa' que se le quite".

The Bellboys and security were exceptionally gratuitous and took good care of the guest arriving and departing. My car was well taken care of.

Construction around the hotel made our view disappointing. The room’s were small and cable had very cheap channels. They need to up grade the channels for sure. The pool was small and they need to clean all the glass around the Terrace for better sunset pictures (see picture).The beds were hard as well and breakfast need to have more variety. For the price being paid they could afford better food, beds and closer parking.

One staff member, instead of offering to bring me my car he walked me to the garage and said you know you should give me a tip because we aren’t required to keep your vehicle safe.

Scenario was nice.

Customer service was very skeptical and disrespectful. Females employees at front desk were Not pleasant and unprofessional. Speaking and gossiping while waiting yo be assisted. At breakfast,there were empty trays of cold cuts,fruits,yogurt and still an hour of service time.

Very clean, modernlook, up to date on all the decor. The pool in the roof top was our favorite, very nice view, perfect size for us. My 7 year old son was in the pool a lot.

There is no access to the beach, not around many restaurants. We enjoyed going to el centro which is about 10-15 minutes away, which is not too bad.

The room had the best view! We were facing the ocean and we had a huge window so you could sit on the bed and watch the ocean. The rooftop bar was cute and had amazing views (as long as you look to the ocean and not the ugly building under construction next to the hotel). Wish we could use the rooftop pool (it was too cold).

The continental breakfast wasn’t the best. The location of the hotel wasn’t ideal- right next to a huge unfinished building, it was outside of the city. The price was a bit too much.

The area where valet parks your vehicle is a fenced dirt area. I just wish it wasnt dirt, because my car was extra dirty when we left. A covered parking with asphalt would be fantastic!

Personal was very professional and helpful,love the parking valet. The New Year Eve inexpecty the Champaign the best also Nestor took great pictures of us. I can remember the name of the person of the parking valet but he was great. We were happy there.
