The location was so nice up on the hill with a view of the city was amazing the service was good a little slow with the room service but they made sure our needs were met. receptionist were really helpful and them being bilingual was a plus .the room was beautiful and clean very and spacious I loved my room . the house keeping was a plus and very helpful the balcony was spacious too clean for my 1 year old to walk around overall I loved my stay and will be returning back

the bathroom faucet was loose I was worried my 1year old would yank it off

Hotel is beautiful, artful and very clean, we loved our rooms, very spacious, comfortable beds, beautiful and large restroom with tub and shower. We requested room service for breakfast and everything was delicious!!! Very good size portions and very good coffee. We did a family weekend trip and my niece and nephew absolutely loved the pool and terrace on the Jr Suite, very spacious!!!

The drain in the tub was not working properly and took a long time to drain. The AC in the living room/dinning room didn't work, however they did have ceiling fan so it helped a bit.

One night I heard someone walking in the hallway and stopping right before they got to my room, as if they were trying to listen to what I was doing in my room. This was around 3am. Then that same night, at the room right above us lots of noise started all of all sudden. Furniture started moving out of no where. I contacted the receptionist about it the following morning and he gave me a very stupid answer. His nervousness was very obvious, as if he knew that I had seen him possibly spying on guests rooms. It was very obvious. This made me and my girlfriend very uncomfortable. The rest of the staff was very professional and cordial.

Breakfast served every morning in the room. Spacious room. Staff very friendly, accommodating and responsive. Long restaurant hours. Good food and drink selections. Hotel is quiet and low key. Great sleep. Best hotel in Tecate area.

The internet is slow in the area. Not really the fault of the hotel itself.

My room was spacious, and the pool was very relaxing.

The stairs, need elevator to get to restaurant, my family had a wheelchair no handicapped access to restaurant only to parking lot

This hotel is gorgeous and has amazing art throughout the inside of the property. The rooms are spacious with balconies. The food is wonderful. The location is close to town and on a hill so that there are beautiful views of Tecate and the mountains.

the staff were very attentive, the room was spotless clean, the food was amazing, it was the perfect getaway when looking to wind down from the every day busy life.

A little hidden gem in Tecate. Beautiful hotel. Best part we had the pool to ourselves, the only disappointment was that their restaurant was closed during our stay. We were really looking forward to eating there. However they did provide a box breakfast which was simple but good. We would stay again.

located overlooking the town of Tecate. the venue was peaceful and impeccably clean. staff were friendly and accommodating. their Yiima restaurant is devine!
