The staff was very friendly. We could leave our luggage there when we arrived around 7am. And as soon as the room was ready we could do an early check-in. We could do a later check-out because we were a bit sick and than leave our luggage there until we took the night bus. When we asked for food recommandations they were more than happy to help us. We could store something in the fridge as well. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, in the center and close to the busstation and all the colectivos to the 'touristy' spots.

There were no plug sockets near the beds. It was very noisy, during the day and at night. We could not only hear everything on the outside (cars, honking, people screaming etc.) but also our neighbours (moving things, walking around, water running etc.). The waterpressure was very low.

Staff were super friendly and helpful with with booking a trip to Bonampak, and recommended a great place couldn’t have done more. Hotel is very basic but it’s a great location, very clean and got what I needed for a night. Slept like a baby on the huge bed and air con worked perfectly!

A bit dated but I’m not worried about that. For the price it was great

Place is simple, but everything works well. They do cleaning and restock supplies (soap/shampoo) on a daily basis. It’s in the centro area, so very walkable everywhere, colectivos to all the places nearby.

The internet gets glitchy sometimes and there was noice coming from the street and hotel corridors.

centrally located and clean with an extremely comfortable bed, decent soap, and large shower space. good ac and friendly employees as well. Great value if you’re looking to get a good night’s rest slightly above the hostel dorm price point.

the whole place felt a bit run down in terms of upkeep and ugly as well. Piercing cold blue lightbulbs (in this business you should know that warm light makes everything nicer), toilet seat not properly installed, gross looking window area and concerning visible cracks in the ceiling coming from the extremely powerful ceiling fan. still for the price I doubt you could do any better.

Room was big, shower was hot, good local food restaurant right outside the door, colectivos to Ruins a one minute walk away. It was quite and the people working there let us check in early after a long night bus. They also kept our bags after we checked out and there was a place to sit and wait and use wifi and toilets all in the reception.

I don’t really have anything bad to say.

Nice and clean bedroom, mattress was comfortable. Hotel was well located. The woman at the reception was very helpful, she advised us on which transport agencies were best to take us to Guatemala. We followed her recommendation and arrived to Guatemala safely.

Friendly, helpful staff. About 15 minutes walk from ADO and very near to shops, cafes and restaurants. Basic but clean comfortable room. Safe neighbourhood and secure hotel.

There were only 2 mains charging points for your phone. 1 was in the bathroom and the other half way up the wall. Hot water was intermittent.

Old hotel, but clean. The room was good for the price, big enough, not much noise, the bed was big and comfortable with clean sheets. Towels were also clean. It takes only 2 min to get the hot water (not a problem for us). Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. Wifi was working well. Staff was helpful and nice. Location was good, 10 min from ADO and close to everything, even to collectivos. You can keep your bags at the reception in case you are travelling during the day.

There was just a small window, but we didnt spend a lot of time in the room.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Kashan Palenque. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went over and above to help us. The facilities are basic but everything works perfectly and the location is great.

There is loud music coming from nearby properties but that is not the hosts fault. overall really enjoyed our stay.

Huge bed. Room was clean and comfortable. Had a working aircon, but we preferred the ceiling fan. Location is nice and central

Only negative: Shower took a long time to heat up, but was nice and hot once it did.
