It was very nice and a cute lovely place, really well taken care of and extremely clean. Staff was friendly and professional. The bed was great, massive and really comfortable matress. It was super quiet at night. We could listen to a water fountain which was relaxing.

One morning we went to have breakfast and it was closed without prior notice, because of mother's Day. We understand is one of the bigger festivities in Mexico, but they should have said something in advance as we had other things programmed and was inconvenient.

Pretty much everything. Well located, family business. Well landscaped and much loved gardens. The rooms have lovely, appropriate furniture with elegant doors and tiles etc. There’s a creation that does light meals during the day and a lovely warm, small swimming pool. Above all, the attitude of the owners and staff. Proactive in their help - nothing was too much trouble - staying beyond checkout time to catch an evening bus, was a joy.

Very beautiful hotel, great location, Staff were all friendly. The pool was heated which was nice because it was a bit cold out overall we really enjoyed this hotel. We were on the 2nd floor and had a good view of everything. Even had food delivered to us and wasn't a long walk to go see things.

Wish they had closer parking or their own parking but they directed us to a place where we could park our car overnight which was nice.

The hotel is great, based around a nice courtyard area with lovely plants and a heated pool. The room was also great, with a big double bed and a nice bathroom. The staff were all very helpful and approachable.

I would've comfortably given the hotel a 10 if the WiFi connection was OK, but it was terrible. I'm aware this is 'first world problems' but we were wanting to plan the rest of our trip which was simply impossible due to the internet connection which was more or less non-existent. They had three different connections, none of which worked for the duration of our stay, which was very frustrating.

A really good base from which to explore San Cristobal. The main square is three blocks walk away, but being a little further out is good as I think the heart of town would be too noisy.

The rooms are all wood so a bit of noise comes through from other rooms, and the bathroom windows permanently open onto the bathroom next door, which at times is a bit too much information!

The staff always makes a stay a place you want to come back to. They exceeded in courtesy and friendliness and we so enjoyed the time spent here😊 The garden area was so beautifully kept up by this amazing gardener (who gave me a few tips!!). We would definitely one day return👏👏❤️

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily, staff was friendly and helpful, and the pool and garden were lovely to enjoy.

We waited hours one day for water to be supplied; told it would take 20mins. When booking an extra night we were charged for the booking.com rate which was more pricy then their in house booking which didn’t make any sense to us.

Cozy and beautiful boutique hotel near to the center. Everything was in a walkable distance. The inner yard and pool were beautiful and clean.

If at all something to bring up, then a missed a few times soundproof isolation. We could hear everything and sometimes it was too noisy in a late night.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Pool is warm and the hotel is walking distance to everything in town, we'll definitely stay here again.

The beds were harder than we like, but I notice that's a trend in Mexico. The water pressure was ok, my niece mentioned the hot water was going in and out for her (she was on the second floor) we did not have that issue (first floor).

Everything is superb in this hotel. The warm swim pool, the excellent wifi signal, the ever comfortable bed, the cleanness of the property, gardens, room, the aromatic roses. The friendly staff. We came to stay 2 nights. We stayed 11! Thank you for your welcoming and hard work
