It was such a great experience. The rooms are modest but comfy and have everything you need. The power shower was great too. The breakfast is super good. And the best is the staff attention. I was solo travelling and they really made me feel at home. I had a fantastic time in San Cris and I’ll definitely go back.

The staff here is very nice and extremely accommodating. The hotel is quite quaint. The included breakfast was cooked to order and offered eggs, juice, toast, and yogurt, plenty to get you started. The kitchen staff were also very nice and attentive.

The entrance door is locked, so you have to ring the bell. However, it wasn't that inconvenient, but if you came in late, you had to wake somebody up to let you in.

Great service and value all round, very hospitable people with a delicious breakfast (included in the price) and daily room cleaning. Super clean and quiet as well, while still only a 10 min walk from the centre.

Only reason we didn't give it a 10 was because there was some unfortunate water issue for our last day but this was dealt with quite quickly. Double bed was also not the biggest for 2 people but it was fine

This was a charming hotel, placed well for access to the town, but in a quieter location. It had a great feel to it. The staff were absolutely lovely. The breakfast was simple and one of the nicest on our trip. The hotel has a great feel to it and is definitely a good choice for couples.

The Wi-Fi was very slow, so we couldn't work effectively from the hotel. The entrance door bell that rings in reception is a bit loud and intrusive for the room we were staying in (1). A minor annoyance if you are trying to get to sleep. Maybe let guests enter without having to buzz in at night?

The location was perfect and the staff is super friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was cleaned everyday. New sheets and towels. They organized our personal items if they were all over the place. It felt like home.

The breakfast dining area is very small. Theres only three tables inside and if more than one person is walking, it feels a bit crowded.

Wow, what an unassuming little hotel, but just super comfortable! We even came back when we passed through San Cris the second time. Ample breakfast given it was included in the price of the room with choice of eggs, hotcakes, quesadillas etc, plus fruit, juice, yoghurt, refill coffee. They also had filtered water available. The staff here are very efficient and friendly with everything from payment to cleaning to check out. Very, very hot water in the shower! And hairdryers! It is a great location travelling with a car because it's not far from the highway but we had no problem finding a park super close to the hotel, and yet it's still walking distance to everywhere in the centre. I'll definitely go back a third time!

Nothing. One thing to mention though is that the double room we had is not huge, so if you have tonnes of luggage it may not be ideal. But I liked it as it was nice and cosy.

They let us in before check-in time (we arrived very early after a night bus), this was extremely kind. Great hotel, awesome shower, good breakfast, nice bed, great wifi connection! Everything is very clean and the hotel is nicely decorated with local art pieces (that you can buy). Great value for the money you pay!

Everything! the place, the room, the service, the people! Without exaggeration I can say that it was our best stay booked during our trip in Mexico. The hospitality was impeccable and the breakfast was amazing, served by the sweetest person ever. All in all very satisfied and couldn’t have wished for a more caring accommodation.

This is a very comfortable hotel. Firstly, the location is great, about 5 minutes away from the main square, and a stone throw away to many restaurants, yet in a quiet street. My room is very cozy. Bed is comfortable. Hot shower is hot, and water pressure is strongz The hotel is nicely decorated especially at the reception/lobby area and the courtyard. Breakfast was simple but fulfiling. The most important feature about this hotel is its staff. Everyone are polite, friendly and helpful. Always ready to help. And this makes a difference between a good hotel and a great hotel. Two thumbs up.

Nice hotel, the room has everything you need and I slept well, really hot, powerful shower, the free breakfast is great, really generous portions leaving you feeling full to start the day, all of the staff are really nice, you’re a short walk from the main centre.

The WiFi is terrible.
