I did not like the fact that you did not allow any visitors not my mom, my grandma or any family members to visit me during my 4 day stay. The worst part is this is not disclosed before my reservation only during and after check-in. First time ever I had this happen. Will not recommend staying at the Hasendia.

Great location, with many restaurants and bars within 2 blocks and the beach about 5. Helpful, friendly staff. Nice little pool. Comfy beds. Good to have a fridge.

Location, it’s on the main road through PV and next to a cabaret bar, so rooms at the front are VERY noisy at all hours. Our first night in room 305 was hell - at the front, next to cabaret - avoid. Much quieter once we moved pool side.

this was my 3rd time staying here, love the location, the staff are friendly, they were always working around the building doing spruce ups, and general maintenance. they cleaned the pool every morning i was there for 6 weeks, they were always cleaning the floors, my room was always well cleaned and little touches of like having the towels in a design, toilet paper roll with a cute paper fold.

The pressure in the shower was amazing, like a massage shower. Which is rare anywhere in Mexico. We got a really poor room to start with, but upgraded, and got a supercute one instead. The guy at the counter was really nice to us too.

The shower was a little clogged, and when we left in a hurry the girl at the reception had me run back to our room to get the towels. Considering an Uber was outside waiting and the rush of the situation, she could have said they would get them when cleaning the room. Other than that its a great spot for the price. But you need to know the rooms, to get the good ones 😘

Super noisy

The hotel is good value in a very good location. The staff was friendly and attentive to requests. This is a clean, no-frills location for travelers who value convenience over amenities.

As advertised, the hotel has no elevator. The location attracts a fair amount of young budget-minded guests that return to the hotel late after partying. Can be disturbing. During my stay, the adjacent theater was hosting musical and comedy acts on the open-air rooftop due to COVID-19. Even though it ended by midnight most evenings, it was an annoyance during my prolonged stay.

The Hotel is very modest for the price I paid, but the commodity of the location was good, very close to the gay commercial area(bars, discos, etc). On Related to the price is was high for the room, since it had no AC, and it may be hot in summer time. The Staff was very helpful and with great costumer service. I would stay there the next time if is winter time. There is no elevator, so get ready to go upstairs with luggage, etc.

great location, beautiful hacienda, staff were very kind and helped us out throughout the stay. pool was nice and clean.

our room was on the street-side, so it was a bit noisy, especially at night, but we got used to it after a couple nights. My husband used earplugs. wifi only worked in common areas, not in our room.

Excellent location at a reasonable price. The bed and room were very very clean. A/c was new and worked well. Very little traffic noise for centre of old town The reception staff were friendly and efficient

The room felt very sparse. A couple of small chairs would have made a big difference. Also we were on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. As one of us has some mobility issues this was a bit tiring, but I did not specify this when booking so my bad. Im sure if I had pressed the point, we could have been moved but for a one night stay, it wasn’t a huge issue

Great location. Friendly staff. Nice and clean. It seemed like all they did was clean. What can I say it's Old Town Mexico.

Wifi is terrible. If they just spent a little money on Wifi , my stay would have been perfect. However I spent money using Data instead which sucks. In this day and age , people want and often need good wifi . Spend some MONEY ON WIFI ! It's a no brainer.!!
