Hotel room was nice and big, clean bathroom with a nice shower. Ac was ice cold. Closed off interior balcony as well as an outdoor balcony overlooking the street. Wifi worked well, front desk staff was helpful and always had a smile. Grocery store and corner store right across the street and endless bars and restaurants around. Would recommend as a budget hotel

Room was noisy as the bed was right beside the balcony and above a bus stop. For us the noise was no problem as it was a constant noise, not random bursts of noise. Bed was harder than I would have liked but again no problem. Cable TV was 99% in spanish. Would recommend as a budget hotel

the staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. they recommended places to eat in the area and were able to answer all my questions. Upon check-in and check-out they were very fast and accurate!

the courtyard area out back is all surrounded by large walls, so if guests were outside talking or smoking, the sound echoed a lot. I realize the hotel cannot change this, but it was the main downfall - those sounds and the sounds from the streets.

Fantastic location, right in the heart of the Romatic Zone, and a few minutes walk to all the restaurants and bars. The rooms are very big and spacious.

The rooms could do with some updating - especially the bathrooms. Some rooms are above a busy bus stop, so are noisy. The ones on the other side look onto a brick wall...but are quiet.

Oscar and Andreas at the reception desk were exceptional from the very beginning to the very last minute of our stay. We couldn't have asked for a more genuine, kind and helpful sense of hospitality. Their attention to detail and extraordinary directions were the cherry on top our our Puerto Vallarta Sundae.

The location is perfect , walking distance to the beach and a lot of restaurants, also just few steps away from a bus stop , if you are thinking to go to places outside the city . The staff is very friendly , and let me check in early and answered all my questions and gave me some tips

Location right in the heart of zona romantica. 2 blocks away from the beach and nightlife. In front of the hotel you can find great foodstalls with delicious mexican streetfood. I'd like to point the amazing friendly staff, they do an excellent job.

The hotel and the rooms are newly renovated, I was expecting what is in the picture but we were surprised to see the room is beautiful and big. The area is close to everything, there is a taco place and pharmacy just in front of the property and a convenient store beside.

Toilet is old but it still functions fully and clean.

No breakfast. Rooms were large and bed was comfortable. Neighborhood very noisy on busy street. Nice little outdoor sitting area. Very convenient to everything. The staff was extremely helpful on every request

There was a foul odor coming from the bathroom drains. The kitchen counter was so high I could not reach the outlets.

It was very clean, cute & pretty furnished (pink! haha) and the Location could not be better. right in front of an pharmacy and next to an Oxxo. 7 walking minutes from the beach und direct in the center of Zona Romanticá (gay-Center)

it was indeed a little noice as the walls were quite thin and you could here the music throw the whole night, which was ok as it is a Party-Zone.
