The room was lovely, very boho decor and larger than expected with balcony over looking pool. Pool area was really nice. Boutique hotel which exceeded expectations. Fantastic location, beach 3 minute walk away and the restaurants and bars of La Punta on doorstep but far enough away to not hear any noise. The owner was there when we arrived super early in the morning, but was happy for us to get changed, leave our bags etc while we went out exploring. He had some great recommendations for the local area. Zicatela beach is at the bottom of the road but the best beach is Carizalillo about 15 mins in a taxi (£3-£4 GBP) from Zicatela.

Absolutely loved our stay. A safe would be a welcome addition to the room and change of beach towels (I'm sure they would have done so if we asked) The only small, very small downside was on our last day a group of guests were having their own private pool party and it did put us off using the area when we returned from the beach hoping to cool off, it was super loud and we would have welcomed the staff asking them to lower the volume. I'm sure this is an exception and I absolutely would not let it put me off staying again. The other 7 days the pool was chilled, only 2 - 4 people using it including us most days. Don't hesitate to book!

The hotel is new, well maintained, flawless staff, always clean and the rooms were cleaned every day. Clean pool. Huge rooms and beds, very comfortable also. Big balconies. We liked that it's adults only, was very relaxing having no kids around. All in all, the best hotel that we stayed in while visiting Mexico.

A little overpriced having in mind that there is no staff working at night, but we were visiting in the high season. Not enough sunbeds near the pool, they seem always unavailable. Terrible wifi, sometimes we couldn't watch netflix on TV.

I’m so glad we booked here, it’s such a lovely property and in a great location not to far from La Puntas Main Street but far away enough that there’s no noise pollution at all. The design of the rooms and the pool area is beautiful, it’s gets a good amount of sun in the afternoons but also always has (needed) shade and everything is super clean. The staff are so friendly and helpful too! The communal area had great super fast WiFi.

Literally the only con is that the wifi is slow and a bit patchy in the rooms, but it’s not a big hotel more( more like a boutique) so it’s easy to go on the balcony or down to the communal area if you need it to be faster. we were in a corner room so we had less balcony but it wasn’t a huge issue, if we come again I’ll ask to have the ones one the side.

Really stylish hotel, lovely spacious room. The pool was a great relaxation spot in the afternoon - the water is a bit chilly but is very much welcomed in the PE heat! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Small things but it would’ve been helpful to have another bin in the bedroom, especially as the bathroom one needs to be used for toilet paper. A safe would also have been appreciated for peace of mind. And instructions in the room/online on how to work the air con would’ve been handy. We loved our stay though so these are just things that could’ve made it a 10/10!

Casa Bicachi exceeded our expectations and was a very comfortable place to stay. Giraldo and his staff were amazing and accommodating our requests from getting us a taxi to visit nearby beaches or the airport, helping when we arrived early to let us leave our bags to go to the beach til our room was ready, and overall just being friendly and nice throughout the process. I would Highly recommend Casa Bicachi to anyone looking to come to La Punta/Brisas Zicatela. What a fun experience!

Beautiful hotel, little boutique vibe, nice interior and rooms were perfect size. Everyday good cleaning en clean towels. Overall we really recommend this place, its not cheap but a very good hotel with kind and helpful staff!

The garden was very pretty too, but is not used often by guests unfortunately. I think because its very quit, it would have been nice if they play a little relaxed background music from the bar. Then it would have been more enjoyable to stay at the pool longer. Great for couples or expats, not if you want to meet people.

The hospitality was amazing. The team here was extremely accommodating when it came to early check ins or late check outs which helped us with our travel plans tremendously. The rooms were amazing, everything worked properly and the pool was extremely clean and refreshing after a hot day.

Many places in Puerto are situated on a hill so you may have to walk a little if you rent a motor bike. That being said, the walk is easy and there are nearby moto rentals and restaurants that make this location very convenient.

Perfect location just a five minute walk to local restaurants and bars and the beach, but also very quiet. Rooms are cleaned every day, staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived late but it was really easy to check in. Pool was perfect for days when you just wanted to chill. We would definitely stay again.

The pool didn’t get the sun all day.

PERFECTION- Love love love this place. Beautiful rooms. Beautiful pool. I love that they had a bar at the pool. The pool water and the rooms were very clean. I tried to extend my trip and stay here longer but it was not available. Also perfect location to walk to La Punta but far enough that you were away from the noises of the restaurant and bars. It was small enough that all the guests came to know each other and hang out together around the pool. I made some great travel friends at this hotel!

Nothing I loved it. I guess I did not swim in the pool because the water was so cold, but it was refreshing.

Most of us go to La Punta for the amazing parties, music, dancing and amazing sunsets. Casa Bicachi Hotel is a wonderful place to rest and escape when you need it. Wonderful Host, perfect interior, coziness surpasses many hotels seen. If you want to fall into a particularly cozy room after a good and fun party, you will like this place the most. I recommend it to everyone who appreciates the high quality of services.
