Location was amazing. The room was big and well stocked with a nice fridge and freezer plus the mini kitchen was so nice to have to cut up fruit and make salads. The staff was responsive, friendly and fast. Rooftop bar was a beautiful spot to catch the sunset and drinks were great.

The bed was a bit firm for us and we aren’t sure why but it would move or shake often throughout the day/night. Not sure if our room was just near a machine that caused a tremble or something but it was a bit strange.

The view was incredible, love the ocean front balcony--chairs and hammock were so relaxing. Room was bright and spacious. Nice to sleep with the sound of the ocean waves just outside. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooftop bar was very nice--especially the 2 complimentary drinks were a surprise at check in.

A few more pillows and bedding/blankets for the bed. The glass pitcher in the room didn't quite fit well to utilize the pitcher for water refills in the hall... making the spout more accessible would have saved some water from leaking to fill the container.

The king size ocean view room was wonderful. The wind during a tropical storm kept howling which was a bummer... but not sure that's within the hotel's control. I found the front desk staff very helpful and friendly. They helped us book a turtle release and bioluminescence tour. Great location if you want to be in punta zicatela.

The rooftop bar didn't open due to inclement weather. Every now and then our room got stinky from the plumbing. I wish the hotel had an ATM.

We switched hotels to this one last minute, and could not have been happier. The room on the beach was spectacular, the hotel was exceptionally clean, and there was a bonus welcome drink included in the stay. We loved the use of the beach chairs/provided beach towels and ease of walking to everything in La Punta.

Sometimes at night, it was noisy in the room from the hallway area. Not the hotel's fault, but due to the weather the rooftop bar was closed all 3 nights of our stay.

The location is great, the rooms are spacious and clean. the hotel is right on the beach

the breakfast is too basic. there’s no service in the beach club for drinks or food. When the cafeteria opens in the morning, the workers are quite loud and it’s not easy to sleep if the room is close to the pool.

The Hotel has a surf vibe with great details on the inside, the room where we stayed was big and clean all of the time. The staff is super nice and friendly, and also is in one of the main streets of Puerto, where you'll easily find bars and restaurants. Also thumbs up for being the nicest Hotel on the street.

Not blaming the Hotel, but expect construction noise from 8am , because as Puerto is getting bigger everyday, there are constructions everywhere.

A beautiful, well equipped room that feels like home away from home. Great location near the beach, with great service by the staff if you use the beach chairs or go to the pool in the inner courtyard. Very nice kitchen in the rooms with a coffee maker and free oaxacan ground coffee, full set of dishes, glasses and cutlery. Very friendly and helpful staff that helped book tours and nice activities in the area.

No complaints. Perhaps more information on breakfast would be helpful.

It’s a really comfortable, convenient and nice place in La Punta. It’s next to the Main Street (but not at the Main Street), there’s a lovely pool, it’s right at the beach (where they serve drinks), the staff is friendly and the room is beautiful, spacious and very clean. I stayed her with my mother for a week and we both loved it!!

Fruit/continental bfast and drinks were fantastic..I didn’t try the food. Kind and welcoming staff made me feel at home. The hammock on the balcony was luxurious. The lounge chairs on the beach were perfect.I felt truly relaxed. This place was exceeded my expectations and was exactly what I needed

I needed a comfortable place to work for a few days, and this hotel was great for that, the WiFi was good, and I was able to work sitting by the pool. The room was very spacious, and had coffee making facilities to make fresh coffee, which was a nice touch. On my last night I finally took advantage of my free welcome drink on the rooftop, an amazing view and live music too. It was also great to have beach access, and really good sun beds on the beach

The room was a little dark, but it was much cheaper for this reason (it was the room on the ground floor by the pool).
