The location of the hotel is perfect!!

There is a bar right next to the hotel and it is loud till 2-3 in the morning. The English level of the employees is terrible, please change that.

Decent location - close to the ADO bus and ferry to Cozumel. Friendly staff and was able to check in early. Room pretty comfortable and WiFi was decent. One of the more reasonably priced places in the area too.

As most people mention - the music/noise from the place nearby goes on till very late, and I don't think I slept till about 2am each night. The fan and aircon do help drown the noise out a bit, but you still hear the bass and can make out lyrics. So maybe bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Signage for the hotel could be better. Luckily Google street view still showed it with the hotel sign, so I knew which place it was, but if you didn't check before arriving it could maybe be a little confusing.

We had a very large comfortable room above the reception. The courtyard inside the hotel is lush--it's a great place to hang out when not doing things around town. The location is central to beach, restaurants and the turistica bus station. Shower was great. I would definitely stay here again.

One more light in the room would have been nice at night. I suggest getting a room on the bottom floor. The noise from the street can be loud. It's Playa del Carmen so it's expected and no fault of the hotel--I have never experienced a quiet hotel in PdC. I can sleep through anything so I didn't mind the noise but my wife did. If you're sensitive to street noise, get a room on the ground floor where it is dampened. My kids stayed on the ground floor towards the back and didn't hear a thing at night.

We liked everything. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The hotel's inner territory is cozy and quiet, with trees etc. Some reviews mention noice from the nearby club, but it was heard only outside the room, while in the room it was quiet, and the club is not that close per se. Racoons family who come occasionally is an additional pleasant bonus, they are cute, as well as the cat. The employees are very welcoming and nice people!

The hotel is located very close to ADO bus terminal, ferry terminal, beaches and 5th Avenue. It has very cozy garden which is a very nice asset. The room was exactly like in the pictures, the bed so bigger than expected and very comfortable. I loved the personnel, they are always very friendly and ready to help you. Also, during my staying the Internet went down, it was a problem in the area, the whole neighborhood didn’t have Internet for more than a day but the guys from the hotel tried to help us with hotspots from their personal phones.

The internet was excellent! I needed to do Zoom calls for work and it worked perfectly. The location was also excellent! Close to everything, ADO bus terminal, Ferry to Cozumel and steps to 5th avenue, shops and many restaurants!

If you want to sleep early and are a light sleeper it is maybe not the best option. As others commented you can hear music playing until at least 2am. However, it is the trade off for being in such a great location and only steps away from everything you could need!

Centrally located and close to all amenities. Room was comfy and a the balcony had a hammock which was perfect to hang out in. Parking at 100pesos per night was an excellent deal and the car was parked outside reception. Some travellers complained about the noise, however closing your windows and using the aircon drowns out all the noise. No issues

Nothing....perfect stay if you plan on going to the beach and enjoying the night life.

A bit the near bar noisy but only one night from 9 was a bit louder, if you are not a bad sleeper, no issue. BUT this in parallel with a very good location and all good advantages! 😊

This is a cute small inn in a good Playa Car location near the sea, near pedestrian walkway, with several local restaurant steps away. Staff always on duty, the place was very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. There is a breakfast area, although no breakfast was served and I never saw the kitchen area actually open. Then did have potable water available which we appreciated. Unfortunately their parking is VERY limited (3-4 spots) and was full on our arrival. The nearby street parking is all paid and signs are confusing. We saw police out issuing citations and a couple of cars had “boots” on their tires. I parked in a free zone about 8 blocks away and walked instead of feeding a meter. Being close to the ADO bus station was a plus. I never could get hot water, but got by with tap for a shower. I’d recommend this little place for folks who prefer a more local experience.
