The location was right near the main 5th avenue. Staff was excellent.

NOISY..very tough to sleep there. The disco is pounding until late and then again early in the morning. you can hear the people above you. Make sure to get a unit on the 3rd floor.

Large apartment with all conveniences. Centrally located. Private garage. Rooftop swimming pool.

Noise. You hear terrible music from at least three disco clubs around. If I come back to Playa del Carmen I will definitely choose a further from the center location.

We had a one bedroom suite. It was big and very clean and equipped with a washing machine and dryer which came very handy in our one week stay. The suite had a kitchen too but we never cooked and instead we enjoyed the restaurants at Quinta Avenida. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great, you have the most famous street of Playa del Carmen, Quinta Avenida and the beach in a walking distance.

The environment around the hotel is too noisy. We could hear the load music of restaurants and the bars until very late after midnight, on Saturdays even until 2 - 3 am. Then again at 7 am the music of restaurants were starting. The hotel staff tried to help us by suggesting another available room that was more quiet but since it was a normal room (we had a suite) we decided not to change.

We stayed in the Antera Residence, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a great living room, kicthen very well equiped. Including also a washing machine. It was a really great residence. Although it is very close to the 5th it was not noise at all. We had a great experience.

The breakfast included is really good, but it is mexican style, when we prefer a more buffet like style. But it was good. It was not also my prefered region of Playa. Nowadays, the 38th (the hotel is located aat 6th) is much more charming. However, I would stay there again for sure because the apartment exceeded our expectations.

Great position, great price and nice view from the pool. very nice room

The pool is closing at 9 pm and we would have liked to have some more time. the jacuzzi in the room was enough for just one person and the bathroom is not fully divided from the room. we did not this and this was bit difficult to accept. The breakfast was really good but there were just a few options and there is not a buffet but you can just order one thing in a short list of included options. All the rest has to be payed (even a cappuccino is an extra) the room was very noisy due to a restaurant having usic up to 4 AM.

Everything was great from the day we walked in. Friendly staff, great room with the street view, close to beach, bars, and restaurants.

Did not like that we had to wait at the front desk until room was checked when checking out. I had a flight to catch. Plus the reception asking for a shampoo bottle was not good. It's actually insulting. Everything else was great.

This is a lovely hotel! The room was a great size with two double beds and big bathroom. Everything was clean and well kept. There was a small balcony too. The rooftop pool and terrace are great, with views over the coast and a range of sunloungers, sofas and beds. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. The location is a 5 min walk to the beach and Main Street of playa del carmen. It’s also not far to walk to the ferry port to Cozumel.

The hotel is not on the main strip but does have a loud nightclub nearby. We didn’t find it too bad (we sleep with earplugs) but the noise is loud until quite late.

the location of the hotel is great, it’s right in the centre of everything - near the beach and near all the restaurants, bars and shops. the room was really clean and a nice size, the bed was really comfy and huge and it was nice and modern. you were able to rent towels free of charge too which was good. staff were also really friendly. the pool was lovely and it has poolside service too, we got passion fruit and kiwi daiquiris and they were lovely!

nothing. yes it is a little bit noisy at night but this is bound to be the case because your right in the middle of everything and if it does bother you just bring earplugs. i slept fine without them though

Made arrangements to pick us up at the airport and they forgot!! We waited for half an hour realizing no one was there to pick us up contacted the hotel waited another twenty min for them to send someone. When we got to the hotel the front service desk did not acknowledge or apologize I did not feel welcomed. Make sure you confirm pick up arrangements before landing get the name of the service provider/driver

Great hotel which is located in the heart of Playa Del Carmen, right behind the most populair street in town (5th avenue). Very good parking possibilities under the hotel if you have a rental car. Breakfast was amazing! Has a bit of a restaurant vibe going on, instead of a buffet. Breakfast staff was extremely nice and helpfull.

Our room was located at the front side of the hotel (street side). Please be aware that the hotel is located right next to a bar which is blasting music untill 03:00 in the morning and the rooms are extremely noisy. I like music, but hearing “50 cent - in da club” every hour after mid-night was a bit too much for us.
