The best part in the apartments is its owner Massimo. A smiling, kind, sympathetic person who can tell and recommend you where to go, where is the supermarket, where is the laundry and other. Massimo, ciao! :) About housing: the apartments suited us 100%. We got our own kitchen with stove, crockery, coffee maker and fridge. The kitchen is combined with a living room and there is an exit to the balcony. Loved the big and comfortable bed in our private room, spacious wardrobe. As well as a comfortable bath, hot water, fresh towels. Cleaning was every 2 days, the cleaning lady was attentive, even cleaned the dishes if we forgot them in the sink. Neighbors are mostly Europeans and Canadians, very calm and polite. The rooftop offers an excellent view of the city (it is especially good to meet sunrise and sunset there), there is a small pool, several sun loungers, tables for food and a grill. In walking distance there is a laundry, OXXO, many cafes. I recommend to eat with a Thai family right on the corner from the apartment, drink americano from the good-natured owner of "Ocho's", eat tacos in Antoijitos Sandro and walk to the sea.

I can only think in superlatives. The location, the owner, the safety and the cleanliness of the place, in other words everything. Massimo is the man! He is a really great host. When I arrived, I had a problem because my suitcase never left Toronto. Massimo offered to help to call the agency I filed the report with, but fortunately, got it delivered two days later. Any information I needed, Massimo was always there to help. The communication through WhatsApp worked really well, and it was a first for me to do it this way. The studio was excellent, I had everything I needed. the location was excellent too, central to everything, and within walking distance. The beach was also only 7-8 min away. As an added feature, there is a beautiful rooftop, with the pool and a pretty good view. If I could have, I would have stayed longer, but had to back to reality at some point!

I really can't think of anything. Maybe a couple of more tea towels in the kitchen. Also, a small table for an otherwise perfect balcony would have been made things easier to enjoy the outside experience.

It was a pleasant stay at Massimo's clean apartments with all the amenities, close to everything by foot walking like ADO's both Turistica and Alterna, the 5th Avenue, Fundadores park, beaches, big groceries supermarkets Walmart and Soriana. In less than 10 minutes by foot you'll arrive also Collectivo shuttle mini vans to Tulum, Akumal, Cenote Azul and the Xcaret Parks located in the Chedraui store. The area is safe and there are a lot of good restaurants in the area like Romeo, Italian Osteria, La cueva del Marisco, Esquina Thai, Kaxapa or Macchu Picchu and for a coffe a 3 minutes walk will bring you to WOW Cafe, Nr. 1 coffee restaurants in PdC. Massimo reacts immediately to all your needs, is super helpfull and friendly, but yet respects your privacy... Grazie per tutto.

First of all Massimo is amazing! Make everything easy and is very helpful and nice ! I loved the location of the hotel everything is close by you can be at the beach in 5 min , same for the Quinta Avenida ,the ADO bus and Walmart. The studio itself was really good I loved it you have everything you need and the bed is comfortable. The cleaning ladies are coming every other day and they are amazing! I will for sure come back here !

Will be nice to put a trash in the bathroom, and a towel for the kitchen 😊 And in the morning the outside can be a little loud so if you are sensitive to the noise just bring your earplugs 🙂

Great location, a few blocks to the ferry terminal and the ADO Turistmo station. Walkmart is 5 mins away for water and groceries. 10 ave has lots of great food and entertainment, as does Juarez and of course 5 ave ( 3 blocks away). Massimo, the host, lives onsite, so is available and helpful. Stayed for 5 N.

The condo building is unmarked, so have the taxi call the host to meet you at the front door that faces 25 ave. There is no microwave, toaster or toaster oven, so heating up food has to be done in the pans, which works, just takes longer.

I liked everything. After some bad experiences in other places. This place was such a good surprise for me. Fist of all, place is immaculate. The living room/ kitchen is spacious, you have a couch which you can convert to a bed, a dining table, chairs, a big fridge, a coffee machine, a stovetop, cookware, silverware, and etc. There is also a balcony. The bathroom is good sized as well, toilet flushes toilet paper unlike most Mexican toilets. Bedroom has a nice and comfy bed, bedside tables, shelves, rods to hang your clothes, and a TV on which you can watch Netflix, Disney plus, and prime videos in multiple languages.

For me it is not a problem, but there is not a microwave, or an electric kettle or an oven or a toaster.

Recommended. Great location - 10min from the beach, 5th Ave. and supermarkets, 5 min. from local neighborhoods, Thai food across the street. Not too far from ADO station, Playacar & Cozumel ferry. Massimo was a very friendly host and helpful in getting us settled in. We like the balcony. Wifi/Zoom was good. Good cleaning available when needed. Really enjoyed staying here!

Nothing to complain about really... loved staying here! Maybe add some customized touches to the decor, to get to the next level, it's modern but fairly utilitarian. Bed is decent but could be improved and have better pillows.

This location was close to everything in the city center. There are plenty of markets, restaurants, attractions, a beach, close to 5th Ave, and plenty to do. The housekeeping staff was friendly, organized, timely, and kept the condo super clean. She even swept the patio. The unit is well equipped, has plenty of outlets, great lighting is nicely maintained, and new appliances and amenities. The host Massimo is amazing. He was super accommodating, gracious, friendly, and very responsive. I can't say enough kind words about how wonderful he is and how he made my stay a very pleasant one. If I am ever in town on vacation I will definitely stay here again. I've told all my family and friends about this fabulous and affordable gem.

location is very close to everything, there is a juice/fruit shop at the corner of the condo, my everyday breakfast yum! Massimo cant be more kind and the best host I had. He made me feel at home. The apartment itself is quite spacious and comfortable. I also worked during my stay so it was very good for that as well. Playa del carmen can be very loud at night but this place gets quiet at night so you will sleep very well. I had my rented car and I could park outside for free and that was a plus as you always have to pay to park ur car in the street. massimo organises the service of the apartment every second day so that is really good to get it cleaned that often. even though I didnt cook during my stay it has every cooking utensil u need. this place was a great choice, I would def come back here in future!

This condo is located in a quiet area of Playa del Carmen, with nice balconies and city views. The staff are amazing and accommodating. The kitchen was adequate and if I needed anything, the property manager was more than happy to assist. Will definitely stay here again!

The wifi is very spotty. However, having said that, this is Mexico, and this is very common.
