I LOVED the hotel atrium space and the rooms. The rooms were comfortable and the front desk staff was very accommodating and personable. I really appreciated their efforts in trying to accommodate some of my needs. I would definitely stay here again!

The music and sound from multiple nightclubs was a HUGE issue at night. Even when sleeping with earbuds - the construction zone & empty buildings around the hotel - cause the local night club music to echo and reverberate every night. Guests who are light sleepers should choose an INTERIOR ROOM or perhaps the hotel could consider stronger insulation around the front and sliding doors facing the streets.

Excellent location right by the beach and all the shops and nightlife and walking distance to the ferry terminal to Cozumel. We are 44 and 45 years old and brought our son and his girlfriend who are both 18. It was fantastic and we all had a blast. It’s classy and elegant but not stuffy and it’s a nice break from some of the huge al-inclusive places we have stayed before. The clientele the palms attracts seems to be a little more civilized and less entitled than the larger hotels that cater to American travelers.

The room was beautiful and spacious and even had a balcony. There was a pool and jacuzzi on the roof although we didn't' get the chance to use them. Location was great and close to the ferry

Check-in and check-out were a bit weird, as I had already paid on Booking.com they took my credit card to run it for the entire cost of the room and not just for the incidentals. When we were checking out, they sent houskeeping by the room before they would let us leave to ensure that everything was okay despite having the card for incidentals. This delayed us a bit and almost made us miss the ferry.

The hotel staff listened and did their best to change the room after we told them about the noise and internet issues. The hotel is in a very good central location. The room was spacious with balcony, hammock, sofa, and good air conditioning. The shower and bathroom area was quite spacious. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was good quality

The check-in process was slow. The first room we were given was very noisy on the first night (probably because it was on the 3rd floor and on the same side as the roof bar), so we asked to change room. The hotel staff gave us a new room the next day. The internet connection in the first room was a bit intermittent at times.

Very friendly staff. Room was great, very spacious. The only odd thing would be the way the shower is set up (no doors). Breakfast was good, first day they offered a buffet style with local dishes, second day was 'a la carte' menu with set plates for the included breakfast, or other add ons ($). Pool location (rooftop) was very nice. Clean. Organized. Friendly staff.

I would suggest that the waiters be more attentive to hotel guests at the pool area, a few instances on the same day, servers were attending only the guests who paid the daily pass or were participating on their Salsa event.

We were only there for one night, but wished we stayed longer! Really fun part of town and the hotel itself is great, with a lovely rooftop area and palmy garden, the staff were also phenomenal (especially the wonderful Sandra!)

The air conditioning leaked, but within 5 minutes they’d sent someone up who fixed it quickly. So just a sign of their great service

Fabulous hotel in a great location, room was enormous and very comfortable. Bit noisy from the nearby restaurants etc but bring your ear plugs and it was fine. The roof top pool /bar was great, DJ party and other entertainment was fantastic. Food and drinks service was fabulous cheers Angel and Jamie

The hotel is clean and comfortable, the reception is available 24/7, the hotel has an amazing rooftop with swimming pool and beds. We really enjoyed our Sunday sunbathing on the rooftop, DJ Axiz was playing we had the best time!

A bit noisy as the hotel is located just next to the 5th avenue

-The service was outstanding! super friendly, helpful, kind, efficient and professional. From the reception with Octavio and Connie to the Pool service with Miguel, just awesome! They were taking care of us and helped us with anything we needed or requested. Thank you for the great service! -The location is great, not loud and still close to everything, the beach, the restaurants, the bars and clubs. -The room was very clean, big and comfortable! -The food at the pool was diverse and yummy. just overall very happy!

I loved the roof top pool and the bed was very comfortable..

I didn't like the smell of the bathroom. There was no microwave in the room and no hammock.. This hotel needs some work very outdated. Construction was right outside the room daily. The night front desk guy was very rude couldn't hardly speak English.. The floors r made of hard tile not good for a small child. But its a good place 2 stay for the price.
