Location was brilliant. Very quiet yet close to the main tourist strip. Staff there were super helpful and bilingual (Spanish and English). Bed was huge. Security great. Brilliant stay.

Nothing. However I’ll add instructions on how to find the property as it’s not easy when you first get here. Tell the taxi to take you to Plaza Antigua (any tours you take will also pick you up from here - it’s a common pick up point). Che suites is actually behind it, so (if you are facing it front on) go to your left of the building to a cobblestone street. Go down here. It will fork to your right after a few metres and you’ll see a security guard with boom gates for cars. Ask him which one is Che Suites and they’ll point it out. The building is unsigned and trust me when I tell you the taxi driver won’t know, people in the shops out front won’t know etc. But once you find it, everything will be fine :)

Our stay was excellent. It is a place that has everything close. The bed was very comfortable. It is a quiet place where you rest very well

The place is beautiful. Fantastic location, with security, 2 min to shops and 5 min to the beach. Also close to the Ado tourist bus station. Don't look any further, as you will be delighted here. Miguel was a perfect host we could imagine, he upgraded our room to Master, which was the best place we stayed in our 16 days trip in Mexico. Clean, spacious bathroom, massive comfortable bed, night lamps lights, A/C great location- not in your face. As we had to wait for our late flight, we were offered to use common areas like living room, kitchen and bathroom, shower. I can't express how much we loved our stay. Miguel's suggestions for food were spot on, especially the Argentinian steak place. Thank you Miguel!

The location! It is so close to the quiet part of the beach. No beach clubs, just locals chilling in the sand. It is also far enough from the noise but close enough to get food and drinks. The staff are also super friendly and accommodating.

I was under no impression that we would get anything spectacular for the price we paid. This hotel is priced accordingly. However the pictures are not entirely accurate, it is a little more rough around the edges. Although that doesn't bother me, as it's a budget hotel, future guests might want to know. The only thing that was a disappointment was the shower. It was literally a trickle. It was so weak I couldn't wash my hair or get any sand off my body. If they fixed the water pressure I would 100% stay here again.

Nothing. Everything is great. If I am forced to give some suggestion, I would say there is no countertop in the bathroom, making a bit hard to put toothbrush etc. Maybe add some shelves?

The staff was super amazing. I was able to communicate with Andy over whatsapp before, during and after the stay. She gave excellent suggestions and met our every request kindly. I think her helpfulness beats any convenience any other accomodation's amenities. They were able to accommodate last minute addition and removal to our bookings due to flight cancellation. The pool is very cool and nice to lounge ona sunny afternoon. the breakfast is decent. This is probably the only area in playa del carmen that is near the restaurants, beach and at the same time quiet. Our other airbnb was very loud.

Can't think of anything. Oh there are stairs which the property is transparent about. But they can be problematic with someone.

The location is perfect. Just a few minutes from the 5th Avenue, also from ADO station. If you want to go to Cozumel, the ferry is 5-10 minutes away. You can use the kitchen there, you have a few fridges (choose which is nearest to your room). You have drinkable water in the kitchen. The members of staff are very friendly. You can ask any information, they are happy to help, and they have knowledge 😉 I would definitely recommend it!

Che is located in a great location with a two block quiet walk to the beach through a beautiful neighborhood and a lovely park with ruins. Miguel was our host and and could not have been more helpful. The location is in an upscale neighborhood with a gated entrance and contains lovely views of the surrounding area. It is also only one block from the main area of restaurants, bars, and shops. Breakfast was an excellent value for what we paid with many fruit, cereal, and beverage options. Each day included eggs and a couple of variety of breakfast meats. We had a large room on the top floor with a nice balcony view. The rooftop pool provides an excellent view and a nice place to have a beer or cocktail while watching the small planes take off during the afternoon.

Perfect location away from all the noise and still just around the corner from all the food and entertainment you could want. The wifi is strong and consistent, as well as the hot water. Loads of pillows on the bed to choose from with different firmness. Clean rooms. Nice gated community with security. Wonderful place to stay. Andy is the best and made sure I had all the information needed to find the place and gain access.

Nice location close to the beach as well as to the main street with restaurants, bars and everything but still quiet that you won't hear the music or anything from the bars. The stuff was awesome very friendly and helped me with everything I needed. Especially at the end when my private transfer didn't show up Miguel organized a taxi for me for a very reasonable price.
