Hotel il quite clean, workers are reactive on casuals needs, beds are cumfortables, the tv is small, the bathroom is functionnal and big enought I really loved the soap shampoo cream they gave !! In front of big supermarket chedraui

Noisy because of the restaurant at the lobby but stopped music at 10-11pm For no there're a lot of constructions (street & supermarket) but was cheap Once all will be done, the price will increase.

Clean and new hotel with helpful touches: refrigerator in room, water cooler in lobby, rooftop pool and bar. The hotel itself was wonderful and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and bar on the roof, and geese in the atrium garden were a comforting presence, despite the strange sounds at all hours. Hotel provided beach towels for use on the roof and visiting nearby beaches and cenotes. We parked our rental car across the street in the supermarket parking lot for free (convenient).

Perhaps a good location if you know Tulum, but a bit challenging (finding good restaurants with regional dishes, cenotes, and archeological sites) if you’re adventurous but with little knowledge of Spanish. WiFi is necessary for mobile apps like google earth we’re used to when on the go in the US, so navigating got challenging. If you don’t know much Spanish, hotel staff and locals can only help so much. The geese in the atrium made the strangest sounds: like a malfunctioning PA system, but didn’t interfere with sleep because we were tired at night.

The hotel is really comfortable, clean with great facilities such as the rooftop pool and lovely garden in the centre. The room was really comfortable with great showers. The staff were really helpful and friendly and it was great value for money. The location was great too- there's a massive supermarket across the road, the beaches are a 20 minute cycle away, the main stretch where there are many bars and restaurants is close by. The bus station is about a 29 minute walk or you can order a taxi to get there.

The laundry service is very expensive. Definitely use a launderette outside the hotel if you need to get laundry done.

loved the pool so relaxing and very quite of season, nice places to eat nearby and close to town.

dont quite understand the music SO loud in the early morning. no one wants it on nor is anyone in a party mood that early on in the morning? very confused why the owner doesn’t understand that. bed sheets dirty and lipstick stain on mug in room! yes one mug provided when two people staying and no coffee but provided a coffee machine? phone in room doesnt work so have to go downstairs to speak to reception. laundry so slow i had to take it back as they couldnt get it done within 24hours like promised dirty sheets with stains, i paid a heavily discounted place but no way id ever pay the full price for it smells of weed quite alot aswell do if your coming with kids i wouldn’t advise as there is also a hookah (shisha) bar right outside

15 min walk to city center got great exercise during my trip, supermarket across the street but not that many options, great restaurant service at Kanaya attached to the hotel but food and drinks were not the best. The good service made up for it so i still ended up going almost every night. Dont walk to the beach. Taxis are expensive to get anywhere. The pool was cool, ppl were in it, it looked clean, music was a little too loud , it wasnt a party scene like that for it to be that loud

You have to pay a tax when you first check in. The humidity in the room was off...although the AC worked fantastic! Everything was just damp with a mildewish smell. No fresh circulatory air. Loud music until 10-12 at night depends on the days. The flashing light in the middle of the hotel was pretty distracting hard to fall asleep with the light flashing in the room even with the curtain closed. Patio door lock broken, screen door broken, didnt use patio access its enclosed in the middle of the hotel, shaded but still hot. Room was super small. Mosquitos in the room had to pur bug spray on every night before bed or if i was just hanging out in the room. All of these things were minor and didnt really bother me too much but something to point out

pool is great! staff really helpful. we used the laundry service and it was very good. We booked the bigger room with balcony and it was great. location is good for walking into town. isn’t close to the beach (about 4km away) but we knew that. you get beach towels if you want them daily which is really useful and there’s a cold water cooler to fill your bottle up with in reception.

We enjoyed our stay in the Blanco Tulum a lot. The amenitites are comfortable and modern. The location is great because of it’s position between the beach and the city. There is a big supermarket across the street, which is pleasant. The breakfast is served out of the hotel, but has a broad offer á la carte. And to mention especially, the staff was remarkably friendly and helpful.

Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Good breakfast served in a nearby restaurant (not at the hotel). Nice design, fantastic toiletries, though it would be nice to get 2 sets, since we travelled in pair. Coffee machine and fridge in the room.

Bad wi-fi. Only one chair at the balcony. Though honestly 2 chairs wouldn't made so much difference, since everything was covered in dust (due to ongoing construction nearby?). No parking (but there is a supermarket at the other side of the street, so you can leave your car there).

great location, nice staff, big and new rooms, very nice pool area at the rooftop. ola bike rental next door, with bike nice proximity to both the beach and tulum pueblo (center), would stay here again.

dust everywhere due to ongoing constrations, but this is very usual in Tulum now loud live music till 23:00, but this is also very usual in Tulum :) if you want to sleep earlier you might wanna stay a bit farer from these areas, like La Valeta, but then you will be also far from restaurants and nightlife.

Hotel Blanco was a very clean and new hotel. Our room was a great size with a lovely bathroom and comfy bed. Staff at the reception were helpful and did their best to assist in our stay, and helped arrange tours through them at a good price. The location is only a short taxi ride to the beach front or Mayan ruins; but consider renting a push bike for your stay to save money. All beaches, bars and restaurants are within a cycle away. We used Ola bikes only 2 minutes away from the hotel and on one day rented a moped from Motokoor less then 1 minutes from the hotel for a great price.

Whilst it was not a massive problem for us, the hotel is situated on a new road which is under construction and also close to nearby popular restaurants and bars which can be noisy. If you are a particularly light sleeper you may want to request a room off the street in advance.
