Very nice stay at the hotel, the location was perfect - 5min from the "city center" with lots of shops, restaurants, bars. beach was approx. 3km away. the personal was super nice and friendly, we had good breakfast and room was cleaned daily. the hotel is in typical Mexican style - very colorful and the paintings on the wall are amazing!! Definitely recommend to stay here!

Wi-Fi was not really stable, the signal was poor but was OK if you need to use it for your phone only. We were missing some more sockets in the room.

Good location that is near to the beach and cenotes. Very kind staff. There is restaurant in front, good food. The breakfast included is various types of eggs, pancakes or waffles and fruit plate and coffee, tea or juice. They even refilled my orange juice, very kind. Room is clean. It was on the roof but the ac managed to cool it down. I read about noise coming from the street. Its just normal noise that you encounter in any city. Not really bad. And I read about windows notification sound being so loud that you can hear it through the whole hotel. That is true but happens once or twice in a night and it is not distracting but actually really funny:) Would reccommend, 10/10

Beautiful charming place, hudge beds, clean rooms, delicious breakfasts. It's placed quite close to the city center, yet few minutes away so it's quiet and calm. the staff is very helpful. I would definitely come back

you have to wait for quite a while for the hot water. It's coming eventually so it's possible to get warm shower.

It's a very interesting place for photos, cooling down on a hot day and good even for some swimming *helpful staff members *great breakfast *beautiful design and lovely paintings all around the hotel *I am vegan so I asked for fresh fruit and fresh orange juice for breakfast only instead of traditional Mexican breakfast and it was not a problem at all. The staff members were very helpful. *free wifi *good location, far from loud bars and restaurants but still walking distance to downtown *supermarkets are just a few minutes walking from the hotel

*Wifi sometimes did not work almost at all in my room. Even in the restaurant it was hard to get a good signal during breakfast. I work online so sometimes it was difficult to get work done when needed. *Unfortunately, there's a huge echo around the hotel. I could hear other guests leaving/entering rooms and talking all the time while they were in the common area or in the swimming pool. I could hear them to my room. Some guests would wake me up at night, others early in the morning even when I was using ear plugs. Not sure if it's because of the thin walls, or swimming pool location in the patio in the middle of the hotel, but I don't think much can be done about it. I guess it also depends on other guests and if they are loud or quiet.

Nice big room with king bed, quiet at nights. Breakfast was really nice, you can choose 8 different omelettes from the menu plus fruits and coffee or some sweets. No problems with hot water, very good wifi. Parking just in front of the hotel. Street is a bit noisy but it is in the other side of the hotel. 2-3 minutes walk to the main street with lot of bars and restaurants. Beach is not close but we know it before we booked the hotel. Nice decorations in the lobby.

Traffic jams because of road works but it was just a temporary thing.

Our bus was late (accident on the road to Tulum) and we arrived after the time of the check-in When we arrived there was only a guard who called someone and at the end gave us keys for the room, we were very happy about it, because we were afraid that we wouldn't be accepted at that time at all. Overall the check-in time ends early in many Tulum hotels

Great independent hotel. Friendly staff. Food very good for Mexico. Much better than we managed to find elsewhere in the town. Convenient for town and close enough to archaeological ruins. Just stayed one night. Great decoration. Large rooms. Good smallish but clean pool. Great budget option.

The room is quite big and very clean. However, depending on which room you get it could be not very bright. Our room didn't have much natural light. There is a restaurant within the hotel where an amazing breakfast is provided. Free water is provided as well at reception.

Usually it seems that you can get free bikes but when we were there they were out of service. They are doing some road works just outside the hotel so it can be noisy and not easy to access the hotel Wifi is not that good.

the shower was leaking and was a little annoying (not enough to ask to be fixed). there was a lot of work road in front of the hotel but this has nothing to do with the hotel itself, just a info. to be aware for the next couple weeks.. It should have some photos of the front of the hotel, Google Maps was not accurated in Tulum.

Nice size room on 2nd floor with 3 beds (as requested). Great complimentary breakfast for guests. I enjoyed their fresh fruit and hot cakes. Also complimentary water bottles were provided when we asked for them. Lively decor in lobby/breakfast area.

I did not like the shower. It was separated from the toilet by a shower curtain. Reminded me a little of an RV. Air conditioning in room did not work well.
