The apartment was quite large and everything was very clean when I arrived. I requested the staff come and clean every other day, but I think normally they come and clean every day. The sofa and the bed were super comfortable. No traffic noises during the night. Large building with a secured front gate and a security guard at night. Excellent value for the money. So much space!

I had hot water the first day, but the rest of the days I was unable to have a hot shower, it was more like lukewarm water (not freezing though). The AC in the bedroom worked well for the bedroom if you close all of the doors. Unfortunately there is only one AC unit in the apartment, the other room doesn't have one and the AC in the bedroom doesn't have enough power to cool down both rooms.

Well there is no courtyard, but that is the way it is, tiny front yard to look at, More point of of improvement, its not what I didn't like. Some hooks on the wall in bed room but hang a hat, shirt etc would be nice, And maybe a table in the bedroom to put your suitcase on. Have wall mounted dispensers for shampoo instead of small packages, saves the apartment money and also waste packaging.

absolutely great value for money! well located, in the center yet quiet enough, just few min walking from big supermarket. apartment is spacious, bed comfortable, USB sockets on both sides of bed, tv with Netflix and other channels, great wifi, always warm water, sufficient kitchenette with basic equipment. would definitely come back again!

honestly, we liked everything. there were just few tiny details… would be great to have some hooks for towels in the bathroom, kitchen equipment could use refresh - especially the pan. sometimes there’s a noise from the street (barking dogs mostly), but it’s not dramatic and you’ll most likely get that in every place in Tulum, so not big deal.

Really good for the price. Everything was clean, it was spacious, nice lounge area and tv with Netflix etc. Good location for downtown Tulum. We rented a scooter from the owner and it was really good (cheap, no deposit required, new condition).

The front gate locks and room locks are a bit difficult to work out.

Very clean, with everything we needed and a very spacious bed! The person that runs it was very avaibale and let us drop our bags before the check in time. Also in a very convenient location, not too far from the bus terminal and near the main road with lots of restaurants and shops.

A few more and different kitchen utensils would be useful. Only downside was coming back one evening to find night security on our terrace, claimed he did not know apartment was in use. Manager did apologise.

close to the city center, parking is possible in front of the building, very comfortable and large apartment. Greg who was our contact person was very nice and helpful

only thing I was missing was a drying rack to dry clothes from the beach

Taking the booming prices in Tulum into account this hotel offered a lot fot its value. It has a spacias bedroom and additional living area and a balcony. Staff is really friendly.

We had a good bed. The room had a living room with couch and a bed room. The staff is very good.

The front door in a concrete wall is not marked clear and then we had to ring the bell for them to come unlock.
