We loved staying in the town centre rather than beach, there are lots of great restaurants a short walk from the hotel. The rooms are massive with big bed and bright lighting. The facilities are all very modern. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Water dispenser in the lobby to refill bottles and avoid plastic consumption was handy. The cycle to the beach is not on the highway but rather a pathway alongside making it feel very safe (I'm not a confident cyclist and I was fine!) About 20mins to the far end of the beach. Much easier to park bikes than drive!

very good location in walking distance to pueblo and also you can rent many bikes around. we were here for 5 days and all the tour bouses etc leave from near hotel so this location is really 10/10 the receptionists so friendly too

the first few days the pool was dirty you have to ask for your room to be cleaned you can’t get a cocktail or coffee on the premise you need to leave ac leaked for 2 of the nights breakfast wasn’t nice and very expensive for what it is also the restaurant area is very old looking. you also can’t just get a coffee you have to pay full breakfast only like 3 sun lounges

The hotel looks new with lots of grenary and plants. The room was big with great design. The location is great, not far from a huge supermarket and all the restaurant and bars. Breakfast was delicious and the stuff talks English. In the lobby there is a cooler you can feel mineral water

The one how clean our room only makes the bed, she didn't changed our caps or gave new soup bottles until we asked for, the wifi got low signal and sometimes lost. Also no closet to put your staff, just the on the picture

This is a very nice hotel for your stay in Tulum. The staff is super nice, the pool is great and the room is really big! The bed is super comfortable, also the bathroom is quite spacious. We loved the big shower!

Honestly, it's outrageous that such a hotel does not have AC in the reception area!! When we checked out, freshly showered, we had to do all documentation before leaving the hotel and the reception was like a sauna! By the time we finished, we were all sweaty again. This is not acceptable in a 4 star hotel :( Even the poor ladies at reception desk, are about to pass out from the heat! It was not nice to see that the management has no regard for the employees.

Very new, clean and beautiful hotel. It is just like the photos! Big room, comfortable bed, a/c, safe, great shower, swimming pool. Good location: 20 minutes walk from the Ado bus and 2 minutes from the main road. The hotel rents bikes as well for 100 mxn pesos for 24h, which is great since cycling or walking are the only way to get around (if you don’t want to spend a fortune on taxis).

A deposit is required at arrival.

Staff was extremely kind and helpful. My poolside room was huge, excellent amenities, beautifully maintained, with a wonderful rainfall shower and great water pressure. Pool was clean, a quiet oasis. Available bicycle rentals (daily fee) was a nice touch.

Hotel sits on busy stretch of street. There was construction going on across the street throughout my stay. But, the noise did not impact my stay. Breakfast included feature, located on top floor of the hotel--steps, no elevator--was fairly modest and, needed more variety. Service, however, was excellent.

Receptionist were amazing!!! Every place recommended was awesome. They were very nice and attentive. They made are stay a great one.

The lady at the breakfast room. She was upset that we walked in while she was on her phone. When we asked if they had coffee , she just pointed to the coffee machine. We ended up going somewhere else since there was only one couple there and she seemed bothered by us.

Very friendly and helpfull reception staff! We had a very nice and large room which had a luxurious vibe . The hotel has a very nice design, with a lot of green /plants. It is possible to rent a bike for $100,- pesos a day. The main street is 5min. walking where you can find some boutiques and restaurants.

Location of the hotel is not bad, but it feels a bit if you are in the outskirts of Tulum Pueblo which is not very nice at night. Breakfast staff literally didn’t speak a single word of English and were a bit grumpy all the time.

- Great hotel - All rooms had a view towards the inside pool, with some lounge chairs available for the guests - The room was very spacious - Free water and masks were provided during our stay - The area was quite quiet - Altough not in the beach area of Tulum, you have plenty of places to eat and shop - Free parking available

- Not all the rooms had a balcony so it was a bit complicated to leave your wet bathing suit and towel to dry. - The nearby streets were being repared and it was a lot of dust. Not the hotel's fault though

Very nice hotel, receptionist was very good and recommended beaches and restaurants to us which were excellent

Our rate was quoted in US dollars and they used 15% more than market price for conversation to pesos which increased the price by 15% , market price should be used or they should allow pre payment in US dollars with credit card
