This hotel is very beautiful! Everything was perfect down to the small details. The bed was super comfy, the room was very quiet and roomy with very nice amenities. The house made breakfast was amazing with vegetarian options for us and the pool was so nice especially given the heat. Best of all was the caring host who gave us all the information we needed to explore Merida, eat at great restaurants, and experience fun cultural evening events. She even arranged a private cooking class at the hotel so we could learn to make vegetarian Mayan cuisine from the in-house cook. I have already recommended this hotel to my family and we plan to visit again!

I enjoyed my brief stay at the property. Even though I was told they were fully booked, it was always quiet Ave peaceful. The breakfast was homemade and ok. The staff speaks mostly Spanish, however they communicate quite well via WhatsApp with reservation updates and restaurant recommendations. Plenty of restaurants in walking stance from the hotel. The neighborhood nearby is a diverse mix of residential, shops, restaurants and quaint boutique hotels. I would stay here again in the future.

The hosts were fantastic, friendly but not intrusive, helpful with information. The place is lovely, utterly tranquil and restful. Great breakfast. Princess treatment.

the walk to the central plazas was dark and, for me, nervous-making. If I were a woman traveling alone, I wouldn't have wanted to walk back alone at night. But taxis are plentiful.

The best boutique hotel we have ever experienced in Mexico. Clean, quiet, comfortable, stylish. Friendly and helpful host and staff. Tasty breakfast. You get what you paid for and your expectations are met. The only thing I would advise is to equip a place where you can dry a swimsuit, and in the bathroom to provide more hangers. The rest is perfect. Definitely recommended! Thank you!

The pool is more for ambiance than enjoyment. It's quite small and lacks an active filtration system; so, the water seems a little cloudy.

I had the pleasure of staying at a remarkable hotel in Merida, Mexico, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Beautiful home, lovely large clean room. Parking was good. Susie and Steve went out of their way to make our stay as good as possible. Amazing varied homemade and health breakfasts. Quiet at night.

Location at least 20mins walk from areas of interest. Fine for us, but difficult for those with mobility issues.

Very beautiful room and facilities. We stayed in the big room wich was a blast. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who spends a few days in Merida.

The hosts, Sue & Steve, were really great; funny, down to earth & couldn’t have been more helpful. They also have cats at the property, always a bonus. Breakfast each morning was exceptional, fresh, tasty & always with a bit on context or Mexican info! Our room was incredibly clean, understated and cool. We loved the traditional elements. What I will say is that they need to update their photos - they don’t the rooms justice!

I liked the location but didn't find a lot of shops nearby. I had a car, so this was not an issue but recommend people to drive ideally
