Overall, we had a great stay. The hostel is small and thus has a calm vibe. It also has a nice rooftop terrace.

We booked a private room with bathroom. The room was small, but that was fine. However, because of the glass door without a curtain, there is no possible way to block any daylight or the light from the nightlights. Also, the shower and toilet kept making a sound every night. The shower in general was not very comfortable as it was either cold or very hot, depending on the time of the day. Lastly, it would be nice if the hotel offers the possibility to book tours. There are many tour companies in the center, but you never know their quality.

Great hostel for solo travelers. Lots of backpackers. The kitchen is very good. Nice rooms and helpful staff. I enjoyed my stay!

It's 20 minutes from ADO station and 20 minutes from the centre. The streets are very empty, but I still felt safe walking around alone as a female. Also the beds, every time someone moved the whole bed was shaking. Woke me up during the night. Also showers really need an upgrade

The staff were incredibly helpful with dining suggestions and helping with more difficult chores (getting a glasses prescription filled). Definitely use them to enhance your stay!! The terrace is a really lovely place to end the day with a beer.

The location was a little far from the Centro Historico, but it was in a quiet neighborhood with cute homes that always felt safe to walk home alone as a solo female white traveler.

Location is good and the place is really nice. staff are friendly.

Well, it seems like they don’t understand the travelers needs: The beds in the dormitory lack curtains, the showers lack hooks to hang towels or clothes and in some cases even the shower head is malfunctioning. Dormitory bathrooms aren’t cleaned daily as they should. Most stoves in the kitchen aren’t working. too bad, cause overall it’s a nice place but with no attention to details.

I’ve stayed at this place on two separate occasions and I loved both times. The staff is so nice and everything is kept really clean. I also really enjoy having a good night’s sleep because of the enforced quiet hours.

They could invest in the kitchen more; better fan and kitchen supplies for guests to use.

Hostel and the room were nice, very clean, free drinking water, amazing kitchen and bbq on the rooftop terrace!

There wasn’t much of an atmosphere.. We were there during Christmas and there were no activities or decoration or anything. No wifi in the room and barely hot water for the shower but that’s managable :)

Very clean and quiet. 2 blocks away from Mercado de Santiago with delicious food in the market. Check out the stall ‘La Lupita’ the best cochinita you would ever have!

Conveniently located, friendly staff, comfortable enough for a short stay and overall a bargain.

The towels weren't clean and had holes.

Good showers, the rooms were nice as well. WiFi was a little slow on two of the three days I stayed. But I have seen a guy working on it when I was leaving, so maybe it's fixed already
