Casona 66 is a jewel in Merida. It is more beautiful than the pictures - and the owners Judy and Danny are as hospitable as possible. When you are there, you are transported to another place and you are as welcome as you could be. The hotel is comfortable, inviting and a delightful place to get away from everything. The breakfasts are spectacular and there is lively conversation if you wish. The guests come from all over the world, so everyones experiences are different. We can't wait to go back and spend time with in Casona 66 and we're hopeful we've made lifetime friends on this trip

Everything was fantastic. The Casona is beautiful, very well decorared, extremely clean and all areas including the bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable. The interir patio is a dream! The pool area is big and very enjoyable. Very safe place and area. Danny and Judith are the best! Every day, Judith surprises us with delicious breakfast, and her kindness ❤️ is something we will remember forever. We enjoy many attractions, so the Casona is walking distance from many nice places and restaurants. We'll miss you Judith.

This is a beautiful property located close to the centre of Merida. Our room was spacious, well decorated, had comfy beds and a patio. The kitchen area, courtyard and pool area are lovely and a nice escape from the heat. The owners, Judy & Danny, are so welcoming and gave us great advice on what to see/where to eat. The breakfast is also amazing! One morning we had an early start so would miss the breakfast and Judy very kindly made us a packed lunch to take with us. We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer!

It is an exquisite boutique hotel - the place is as charming as it looks on the pictures with clean and spacious rooms and plenty of common areas where you can relax. I cannot stress enough how caring the owners are - everything is tailored to your needs. From the moment you enter the house you get the personal touch such as consulting breakfast menus and times but also any tips for your stay in Merida and just lovely conversations about anything you may be interested in. Judy really went that extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect and we felt at home. Its truly a gem and the location is perfect for exploring Merida and Yucatan.

Everything! This place is an absolute gem, quite literally, in every way! This historic house is 300 years old, but has only recently been stylishly renovated to provide everything you would expect in a modern home. And it is a home, the owners of the Bnb, Danny and Judith also live here and are amazing hosts. Judith can give you great tips for everything Merida has to offer. The house is only a short walk to all the historic sights and wonderful restaurants of Merida. It makes it easy to come back and cool down in the pool in the heat of the day. Can’t recommend this place enough!

The hosts, Judith and Daniel, couldn't have been kinder and more helpful. The casona is a beautifully renovated old building with gardens, fine art, marble floors and tasteful. comfortable furnishings. Our bedroom was spacious, comfortable and very quiet; and the bathroom was huge and modern, with an excellent shower. Great Wi-Fi and A/C. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with cheerful accommodation of guest dietary needs. Close to downtown dining and shopping.

Guests with mobility problems may prefer the room on the ground floor. There are two lovely resident felines, so the casona may not be appropriate for people with cat allergies.

Room quiet, comfortable, fan yet great AirCon. Spotlessly clean bathroom. The property has 4 rooms so always quiet and personal. Good breakfasts which lasted us to dinner Drinking water provided Picked us up and dropped us off at no extra charge from Bus Terminal Very safe and secure. 5 mins from center Judith and Dany very friendly hosts we spent 5 days here

Judy and Danny are very kind, generous and super helpful hosts! You start your day and end your day with them with great conversations and kind gestures. They want you have to have a great time and that was evident by the help they gave us.

The location of our room was near the road so it was noisy during the night which made sleeping soundly a bit challenging.

An oasis in the middle of a busy and somewhat overwhelming town to drive in, with a pool and an open air atrium with exotic trees and plants in the middle courtyard. Beautifully appointed and welcoming, spacious. softest large towels, drinking water, home made gourmet breakfast, pleasant hosts. Walking distance to all major sites. And it has parking nearby !

It is a small family hotel, super comfy. The owners are very friendly and just make you feel like you're visiting your family. The hotel is located just in the center of Merida, 10 minutes walking to all the sights. I personally loved the interior: very modern but with Mexican touch.
