The room and hotel are beautiful, a modern interior. The tub on the roof of the room was perfect to enjoy the sunset. There is a separate parking space (which closes at night) with the possibilty to park in the shade. This is perfect to keep the heat out of the car.

It's a 5-10min walk towards the city center. We prefer it this way because we like it a bit more quiet, but others might find this an important consideration.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable with good AC, and nice shower, with good location. The terrace room with the private pool was nice. Overall it was a pleasant stay, and would recommend.

Reception area looks a bit run down, as does some of the furniture in the room. Room could do with a fridge, and the terrace could be decorated better. Make you pay for parking with limited parking spaces. Luckily we got one.

Friendly helpful staff. When my stay ended and I left the property, the staff was helpful enough to promptly reach out to me to inform me that I had accidentally left a few items in the room. I was out of town for about a week but it didn't matter, they held onto my items until I returned, and gave them back to me in a nice little baggie. It's just the little things ya know. Very kind folks! ☺️

The pool terrace was BEAUTIFUL but I didn't do much lounging in it because of the dead bugs in it.. But that's to be expected on a rooftop pool. Lol. Either way it was such a nice and peaceful accommodation, I would totally book this room again!

Staff, location

The swimming bath in the room (outside on the second floor ) was really dirty and there were insects inside, so it was impossible to use. The breakfast was to small and it’s defeated not a 5 stars hotel breakfast.

The room as bright and beautiful and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The little pool is perfect to refresh after walking around Mérida on a hot day. The staff was very friendly.

They originally gave us room number 1 which had no natural sunlight except the grid window looking out in the pool. we asked to change and we’re given room number 9 which was much better. Breakfast was pretty basic and not great. There is no fridge in the room which is kind of unacceptable for a five star hotel in a hot destination like Mérida. there is also no bar or restaurant so it is impossible to order a drink if you decide to stay by the pool. The room and hotel look great, but the amenities should be upgraded.

Beautiful design and good location, great view from our rooftop bath, lovely staff. I enjoyed a free trial for a reflexology massage from Damares (I hope I am spelling her name correctly!) who was very knowledgeable and caring. I enjoyed it so much I continued to have the full massage which was good value and a great experience.

We had a leak in the bathroom and plumbers attending two of the days but it didn’t affect our stay too much. Staff offered another room and free breakfast to compensate but we liked our room too much to move

Room was comfortable and pool was clean. AC unit worked very well to keep the room cool. They give you two fresh bottles of water each day. The pool was small, but great to hang out in the water

The water pressure in the shower was pretty low, and it was hard to control the water temperature to be anything but just hot or warm. Parking was not included it the price as expected and was an extra $5 USD per day

My second time staying here. I loved the staff and quality of the rooms and location!!! Comfortable.

I didn't like that they tried to charge me for the second time at the end of my stay as if I hadn't already paid at the beginning of my stay. But anywho I suppose it was a simple documentation error. It was all cleared up in a few minutes. But yes, quite irritating. Overall a great stay.

Located within 5 minutes walk from the main square in the historic centre. Quiet location, comfortable bed.

Fixtures and fittings in the bathroom need a change or a good clean due to the limescale. Furniture in the bedroom has some damage and looks a bit dated. Noisy air conditioning.

The location is excellent, the building is nice and clean, well appointed rooms and facilities. The pool and area is very enjoyable. The housekeeping/restaurant staff is wonderful.

The details were missing: continental breakfast was mediocre, front desk staff had trouble with English, in the private patio section there is not one chair to sit on or a cushion for the concrete bench, so you can't really enjoy it. I've read similar comments labeled as growing pain, but they were 3 years old...
