The beautiful setting in an old magnificent Yucatecan mansion. A fresh oasis in the middle of the city Nice and cozy rooms with balcony with pool views Great lobby We had breakfast several times at the restaurant and found it pleasant and enjoyable. The staff is absolutely amazing and delightful. They are great people! They went beyond the normal service to get us ice, and jars of fresh horchata and tamarind water at the pool. Fantastic!

The pool and pool area is well kept, clean and a welcoming place to refresh, spend time in the water and great conversations under the parasols but unfortunately the frequent fetid smell of the sewers around the area was not nice. I suggest you find how to treat the waters to avoid the smell. My group and I enjoyed playing cards in the lobby-bar but found it a little bit unkept. Chairs are old and dirty.

The property is well located. We did have a car and the parking lot is adjacent. Free parking and easy to take the car in or out as needed. New elevator was awesome! quiet, quick, and smooth ride to the fourth floor. excellent and friendly staff. if I return to Merida I would most definitely stay here

we had a very nice deluxe suite. The living room furniture and bar area could have been better arranged and better stocked. There were limited supplies, utensils, plates and flatware

The staff...all outstanding. The seating areas with comfortable furniture, abundance of plants and water features. The oversized rooms with a balcony. The location...easy to get to three outstanding parks.

The location and parking were very convenient. The grounds and lobby are nice.

Its time for the bed covers to be replaced and invest in new bedding. A new makeover in the rooms would make them more appealing.

The old world charm of a world gone by. You can only imagine a time of the Spanish having this hotel as a home. Impressed with the staff and the bed. If we return to Merida it will be to bring some friends to enjoy this amazing place.

Old fashioned grandeur was lovely. Warm welcome, spacious rooms, very central.

Noisy corridors and being able to hear neighbours though wall talking incessently but maybe I was just unlucky. Lack of towels.

Grand hotel and so clean. Location was good. Love the pool here.

They need Netflix like most hotels around the area Restaurant seemed uninviting. Under staffed. Desk clerk ran as bell boy. They had to leave the desk while taking guest to their rooms.

I was to have a coffee maker in my room. there wasn’t one so I asked for one . they brought me one will ground coffee and no filters. the machine is the kind that takes the prepackaged kind of coffee .. so I just went downstairs to the restaurant,,

The location of the Hotel was very good with walking distance to almost anywhere we wanted to go in downtown Merida. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was very nice and helpful. It was nice to have the parking garage next door.

The elevator was not working throughout our entire stay and our master suite was on the 4th floor and after a long day walking, and come to a hotel to climb 4 stories was a little bit too much. Overall good we had a good experience at this hotel
