The two front desk male staff were very nice and helpful. The location could not be better. The hotel had a modern vibe, which I like.

My hand towels on the first day were dirty. One looked like a small spot of blood stain in two places, and both were grey looking and they were supposed to be white. I threw them on the ground for them to wash them in the morning. When I returned, the exact towels were back on the counter folded and still blood stained and dirty. Basically, attention to detail should be improved. Maids should be taught that if the towel is on the ground it is always automatically dirty.

The breakfast was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. They had power outlets by the bed. Modern bathroom. It took us like 5 minutes, maybe 8 to get to the city center by walk. The staff is very nice. The parking lot is behind the hotel and you need to ask the staff to open the gate. They were always happy to do that.

Only one hanger for towels.

The room was a bit humid and when we got there until the next night our toiletries were empty but they were replaced immediately when we called reception :)

we only stayed one night because we had booked another hotel in Merida for our trip, but decided to come one day early. The property was in the center of the city in a great location. The front desk staff is outstanding the price could not be beat as well.

This hotel has a great and stylish design. The biggest plus: I have rarely seen such helpful and friendly employees: They took excellent care of us and were helpful in any matter. The location of the hotel is perfect - walking distance to pretty much every spot of the town worth seeing but quiet enough for having a relaxed stay. Beds were super comfy!

Be aware that the windows on the 1st floor cannot be opened. So that the air doesn't stand still, you have to turn on the air conditioning. Ok for me for a few nights but difficult for a longer stay. Yes, the bathroom is dark, but it's not that bad in my opinion. Unfortunately there was no safe, but I had no concerns about security anyway (the cleaning lady didn't even take the tip that we had left on the bed)

Staff is super helpful, plus they let us use the meeting room to work all week. Breakfast is good. Location is great and the rooms are really really neat and comfortable.

Despite being sparking clean, half of the rooms' large windows simply give on a wall (ie no view) and the windows don't open, which isn't great for aeration and seems to be an issue many people have complained about looking at the previous reviews. Great hotel, but not exceptional unfortunately for these 2 reasons.

One of the nicest staff I ever experienced in a hotel. Very helpful and nice. Rooms are nice and quiet. Just a couple of minutes walk to the main attractions.

Matraces were too hard but this is a general problem in many hotels and apartments in Yucatan. The serving of the breakfast was a bit too slow and everyday it was the same.

modern and extremely comfortable beds and setting. staff was super helpful and spoke very good English.

the bathrooms could use some more light, and the room is missing a minibar, which is important if you have special food requirements and need to keep items refrigerated. also, it would be great to have some healthy and balanced vegan options for breakfast (this is in general for Merida but the hotel could stand out if it offered tofu, and cow milk alternatives, as part of breakfast)

The hotel is super nice and modern. The rooms are very well-designed. Location is quiet but still convenient. However, the best part about the hotel is without a doubt the staff. They are all amazingly helpful and sweet.

The room and bathroom is a bit dark. There is no actual garden (even though it says in the description). The breakfast is fruit, toast bread, jam and nutella. But these are all small details. The hotel is a very good choice if visiting Merida.

Great location, private parking for free, super friendly staff, new and modern room.
