We enjoyed the following: breakfast, very clean accommodations, the safe in the room, kettle, clean linens and towels, bidet in bathroom. The staff were excellent. The counter staff were very accommodating and extended our check out time. The waiter in the restaurant was very kind and attentive. Some very good restaurants nearby and very close to the Medina. Traffic was minimal in front of the hotel.

I prefer a softer pillow (less stuffing) and softer mattress than what was available. It was a firm mattress and a very full pillow.

There is a saying that the first impression is always correct. It was our first time in Morocco and our first time in the city of Marrakesh. With great gratitude to everyone who created a wonderful impression of this country, city and people. We would like to sincerely thank the entire staff of the Ari Boutique Hotel for the warm, friendly, homely, calm atmosphere that they create in this wonderful hotel. The feeling that we were at home did not leave us throughout the entire holiday. We would like to say separately about the ideal cleanliness, high-speed Internet and delicious lunches and dinners in the hotel restaurant. - A clean and modern hotel. Breakfast was good. - A 5 min walk from Carré Eden shopping center & Carrefour. - There are paid parking lots 30 dirhams overnight stay. If you’re lucky there are 4 spaces in front of the hotel for free. - Sound proof windows so very few street noises get in. - A nice little pool to cool off when sunbathing. - Excellent air-conditioner system. - 10 dirham taxi ride to al fanaa square. - restaurants open untill 4a.m in same street and a 24 hour grocery shop. - petrol station ⛽️ 100 meters away.

- Sunbathing area a little small, only two beds. -No sound proof doors. So sound can get into the hallway.

I would Highly recommend Ari Boutique Hotel. The location is quite good but too far to walk to Medina. However that is not a problem if you are not planning to go there too often. There are plenty of shops and restaurants close to the hotel. Best thing about the hotel is the staff at the reception and the restaurant. They are all very eager to help you. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I would particularly mention Idris who is a star. I had a problem with the reservation I made through Booking.com. When I received the booking confirmation I noticed it said 1 adult when I was sure I put down 2 adults when booking. I called the hotel straightaway. Idris answered the phone and helped me sort it out quickly. Also the day before leaving I mentioned the young attendant at the reception about leaving. He immediately offered me to print out the boarding passes and sorted it out for me straightaway. That was really amazing! All the day trips we had picked us from outside the hotel so the hotel location is good for that too. We used GetYourGuide app for two trips and found them very efficient. The hotel is fairly new and looks it. It is very clean throughout and the bed was very comfortable. The room we had was not very big but had a king size bed in it. That took up most of the space but we didn't feel cramped. Bathroom facility is also excellent. However the shower in our room will be a tight squeeze for an XXL size. It would be a good idea to check it out with the hotel before arriving. Please remember it is not a 5 star hotel and don't expect a big reception hall or lounge area. If you are looking for a nice, clean and comfortable place to sleep and rest then this the perfect place for you at a decent price. While there is a good range of breakfast available you may not find it very exciting specially since the menu is exactly the same every day.

It was really clean, our room was cleaned everyday with new towels and bedsheets, everything was so comfortable and the staff were amazing!! Definitely will be staying here again! Not far from the medina and square, took 30 minutes by walk which was amazing and so much to see on the way. It’s in a very good location, behind the street, there’s a mall and McDonald’s, kfc etc all near by aswell as local restaurants and takeouts! Also has carrefour near by which has everything needed. Has a swimming pool and good restaurant inside the hotel, where they do decent breakfast and lunch. Overall amazing!

This is a little gem of a hotel in Marrakesh, very very clean and in a good location. The thing I like about this hotel is that it continues to maintain a high standard. The hotel is fairly new but they were spending so much time and effort washing the carpets (annoying as it woke me up) but i do understand and appreciate the effort. The lobby, lifts and rooms are in a very good condition. The breakfast (included) was great and lots to offer. They also allowed me to come late to breakfast even though I missed the time and made me an omelette. It is these small gestures that I extended my stay for around a week. This level of service is not common in Morocco in my experience. I think it maybe something to do with the international owners who have set such a high standard. Also the tagines in the restaurant are amazing. I also really want to thank the staff, especially the restaurant staff and the cleaners who were exceptional. Thank you so much and I am sorry that I do not remember the names. Sawsane I think was one of the cleaners. They all do their best to help. Thank you.

From start to finish, our experience was exceptional. The staff was welcoming and attentive, always ensuring our comfort without being intrusive. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and located perfectly for exploring the area. Our room was spacious, with a bed so comfortable it was hard to leave! Dining was a highlight—the meals were fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. This hotel exceeded every expectation, and we can’t wait to return. Five stars all round

Absolutely nothing

Had such a great stay here. From day one the staff were so welcoming and when I left I felt like I was leaving family. The room was well equipped, always clean and very comfortable. The restaurant is superb for both breakfast and other meals with a rich variety of food. I definitely plan to return to Morocco and would choose to stay here again without a doubt. Thank you to all the staff for going above and beyond to make my stay so enjoyable and for your warm hospitality. We were really impressed with how clean the room was. The sheets were crisp and the beds were firm but so comfortable! We received clean towels and water daily. Location was within walking distance of old city and souk, although we took a taxi which is less than $2. Staff was super incredible and answered all of our questions and were able to set up tours for us the same day! Breakfast was a nice spread of quality food and you could even get fried eggs upon request. Good Morrocan coffee and tea! Neighborhood restaurants were good and little markets close. I can’t say enough great things about this boutique. I highly recommend!

The little shampoo, conditioner bottles were full of wonderful products, however the bottles were so stiff we couldn’t squeeze or shake any product out. Not really an issue as we had our own products.
