Hotel Imperial Holiday

The location is amazing. It’s very central and close to all attractions!

Nothing! I like everything about the property. However, I’d prefer that instead of two single beds that the hotel consider double or king beds.

I stayed for 8 days the hotel was fine , good location , friendly staff , and the WIFI was very good. The hotel could do with a bit of an update its alittle tired looking , but all in all it was a pleasant stay

It needs abit of more attention, updated

Everything is been lovely, the staff is lovely and very friendly will do an extra mile for making their guests happy. The lady on reception can’t say her name was so helpful , she arranged everything for us. The guy on reception was so helpful too everything what we asked wasn’t a trouble for him . We did felt in love with Marrakesh thanks to them. I won’t forget the lady from housekeeping that she was so kind and lovely too. If you come in Marrakesh don’t avoid this hotel you will feel very special. Thank you to everyone for making our stay very special. Love from Maria , Flori and Georgiana.

We loved the swimmingpool, great beds and nice breakfast but most of all, there was a very friendly hostess at the front of the hotel with good humor :)

IF you choose a room at the back, view of swimmingpool (an upgrade). Just keep in mind it is not quiet. The bar is open until 1am. Great if you want to hang out, not so great if you need to get up at 3am to catch a plane :)

The position is very central . Close to Train station and shopping area. Amazing swimming pool. Fish restaurants in the same street.

The room street side is noisy. Better swimming pool side.

Comfy beds, good breakfast, kind staff

The bathroom was a bit smelly and the water was interrupted for some time during the first night, but it was solved in under one hour

The staff were really friendly especially the receptionist! She even gave us a free upgrade to a suite! Would definitely stay here again next time I visit Marrakesh.

The heated indoor pool unfortunately wasn’t working.

No dust bin in the room..dinner was very poorly having to go 2 different place for dinner

I think Excellent and Amazing not enough to explain my satisfaction about the Imperial holiday and spa. The hotel in Geliz middle of Marrakech.every think is close to you ( shopping centers, restaurants, coffee shops......) All staff starting with Aziz on reception , restaurant waiters and chef's they very helpful and good customer's service. The 2 cleaner's Zohra and latifa 10/10 when they do the room. All over is good good good.

TV's channels very limited.
