Location is very nice and the staff is very friendly room is very clean

You should have some omelette in you breakfast menu I had 4 breakfast from your hotel never have any omelette and your shower water not draining fast so if possible go and check your shower draining things and fixed it. Rather than that everything is fantastic

The Location was great. Staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel is functional and clean, but areas are becoming quite tired looking. Will require some investment soon. Our room was spacious, but TV was a let down. Minimal channels were working and only the news was in English some of the time. Bathroom / shower will need redoing soon. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was continental. Location was great . It is in the New Town near all the modern shops, restaurant and bars and Railway Station but a nice leisurely walk, approx 20/ 25 to the main square, Jemaa eL Fnaa with the hustle and bustle of a very busy Medina. If you are on a budget this hotel is ideal.

We stayed here in June 2021 and came back again. The staff is still friendly, the rooms still clean, the breakfast still fine . The baby cot was well arranged. We stayed 1 week and the rooftop pool had limited seats, however on the last day they placed more seats as those were ordered after complaints of other guests?! The reason to come back to this hotel again, is because we like the hotel, the room, the staff and the very central location within Gueliz, Marrakech. We would stay a third time.

The WiFi is not strong, but that was of a lesser issue. Would still recommend a baby chair in the restaurant.

I had my doubts when I read online reviews of Almas Hotel, but my actual experience surpassed all my expectations. From the moment I checked in, I was pleasantly surprised. The room I stayed in was impeccably clean, complete with fresh towels, a steady supply of hot water, well-lit spaces, and robust, free WiFi – everything you'd hope for during your stay. The breakfast, although somewhat limited in its variety, was still quite satisfying. The hotel's location was a pleasant surprise too. Situated in a bustling area, it made getting around the city remarkably convenient. You're right in the heart of the action, and it's a definite advantage for explorers like myself. However, the real highlight for me was the rooftop pool. It was an oasis of relaxation amidst the urban hustle and bustle. The view from up there was stunning, and I had a great time enjoying the pool. Whether you're in the mood for a refreshing swim or just want to soak in the atmosphere, it's an added bonus to an already fantastic stay. In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend Almas Hotel. Despite any initial reservations, I found it to be a hidden gem. I would gladly stay here again and again, given the opportunity. It exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, amenities, location, and that rooftop pool was the icing on the cake. If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay, Almas Hotel should be at the top of your list.

The room and the hotel were always clean. Very high quality of breakfast. Great service and people who work in the reception very friendly and healped us in everything. The location is near the train station around 5 min walking, so it was useful to go to Casablanca for the day talking the train at 07:00 am. The bed was excellent and the bathroom perfect as well. Next to hotel there is a good restaurant with delicious food and cheap. Also there is a Carrefour supermarket and a small shopping center. The area is safe for walking and enjoying.the attractions.

The room didn't have hair dryer.

All the staff in Almas Hotel polite and helpful, ckitchen staff all of them great and chef as well breakfast need bit more..I like the atmosphere, this is my second holiday I go to this hotel, only the issue I found the internet at the beginning, the room cosy and bed comfy this time I found the pillow bit hard and crumb, when I asked the house keeper, this time the pillow not comfortable like my first stay in this Hotel she said because we washed them, that's way the foam crumb, but during my stay I sorted it by my self was okay !If I reported that to the Reception I am sure they will give me another pillow Thanks for all

The walls were thin so I heard the neighbors.

Friendly and helpful reception staff, especially the young lady called Kulis, I think. Organised taxis and gave directions. Multilingual and funny. Rooftop pool with amazing view. Was cold but it is january so was expected. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Bed was huge and very comfy. Plenty of pillows. Room was clean and plenty of toiletries provided. Nice balcony with room. All staff nice and smiley. Loads of towels and water was always hot.

Decor could do with a touch up but for the price I didn't care at all. No kettle in room, but macdonalds across the road if you want a coffee anyway.

This hotel was so accommodating to our needs. 4 of us stayed in their double rooms. 2 adults w children, they gave us a spare bed and accepted the booking. The location was utmost phonemenal. 5 mins walk from the main area to grab food, coffee, transport etc to Marrakesh. We took the horses into Marrakesh for 100 dirhams. The rooftop pool was a nice touch even though it was absolutely freezing 🥶. We swam everyday so can't complain. Lovely staff, such well-mannered and so polite. The people of Marrakesh are just so lovely and sweet in their speech and conduct we enjoyed our stay beyond expectation.

Not much to be honest, could've been a tad bit cleaner in the bathrooms but I'm sure if we asked them to put a bag in the bin or that the shower drained water abit slow they'd help us but its little things that don't affect the grea things. Breakfast is included and options are quite limited but if a Boiled egg, some tea and cereal is enough for you then there's plenty
