The rooms were minimalistic but met our needs well! They have a long table with a chair, a mirror, a TV, a sofa chair, bed side tables, a cupboard with hangers, storage shelves and a balcony too! The bathroom was amazing too! It had many towels, tissues, argon oil shower gel and shampoo, and soap. Breakfast is similar every morning with tea/coffee, omellete, orange juice, cake, croissants and bread. It is served by the pool which is really nice with green decor table and chairs. There is also a mini restaurant with tables and chairs. Hotel staff are so polite and friendly! They are very approachable for any of your concerns. Location is perfect! Being near many shops and restaurants is really convenient. The hotel is also very accessible with two lifts as well as the beautiful staircase!

I had booked two rooms, in one of them there was no mirror. In the two person bedrooms, there is only one socket in the room which is not near the bed and one socket in the bathroom near the sink however in the three person bedrooms there are two sockets in the room with one near the bed and one near the window and also one in the bathroom. The air con does make some sound at any temp below 23c which is more annoying at night but is something to just get used to.

The rooms were clean and a comfortable size. The location was centrally located and close to many of the activities and attractions that we wanted to visit. The staff was very friendly and responsive to our requests.

The main challenge for us was that there was no parking at the hotel. It was awkward to load and unload our luggage, as well as pick up and drop off our group on the busy street. There were a couple of minor misunderstandings with the staff but they were quickly corrected. One of our group had a shower that was a bit difficult to handle, but it was minor in the overall experience.

The comfortable bed and location.

The first evening my teenage daughter and husband arrived, a guy met us at the door and was very pushy and over helpful before we even arrived to the reception desk. I’m not sure he worked for the hotel. He then pushed his way into the lift which had only room for the there’s of us. I could smell BO from under his arms- he was that class and then followed us to the room and came in with us. He really invaded our space. I gave him money to get rid of him- too much as I felt anxious. Management need to get rid of him or have better security at 10pm at night. Our flight was delayed. Except for this interaction everything else about the hotel was great.

Absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be more convenient—just a minute's walk from the train station, making it a breeze for travelers like us to explore Marrakesh. Yet despite its proximity to public transport, the hotel is a sanctuary of peace and comfort. What struck us the most were the incredibly spacious rooms that felt like a home away from home. Tastefully decorated and meticulously maintained, it was the perfect space to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Every amenity we could think of was available, enhancing our overall experience. As for the service, it was nothing short of impeccable. The staff members are both professional and genuinely friendly, always ready to assist or offer recommendations. It's rare to find such a combination of efficiency and warmth, and it really elevated our stay to something memorable. The breakfast was, quite literally, the cherry on top of a wonderful stay. A sumptuous spread awaited us each morning, featuring a variety of high-quality foods that catered to every palate. Whether you're a fan of continental, local, or healthy options, this breakfast has something for everyone. A delicious start to each day in this marvelous city! Would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay in Marrakesh. You will not be disappointed!

Nothing to complain from

I had the most delightful experience during my stay at Hotel Safia in Marrakech. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and tidiness of my room. It was evident that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and ensuring the comfort of their guests. One thing that stood out to me was the exceptional room service. Every day, without fail, my room was serviced promptly, and I returned to find it spotless and well-organized. It made me feel truly pampered and relaxed throughout my stay. The breakfast provided at Hotel Safia was a delightful start to each day. The variety of options offered were not only delicious but also catered to different tastes and preferences. I particularly enjoyed the fresh orange juice, baked goods, and the aromatic coffee that energized me for the day ahead. Location-wise, Hotel Safia couldn't have been more convenient. Its proximity to the train station and other landmarks such as Gueliz made exploring the vibrant city of Marrakech a breeze. I was able to easily access all the major attractions without any hassle, which enhanced the overall enjoyment of my trip. However, what truly made my stay at Hotel Safia exceptional was the staff. The hotel staff members were not only professional and attentive but also incredibly warm and friendly. Their genuine smiles and willingness to assist created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. I can confidently say that I would choose Hotel Safia again without hesitation during my next visit to Marrakech. It truly is a gem in the heart of this captivating city.

A lovely, relaxing stay. We enjoyed the pool, the location by the train station is a big plus, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. Easy to find a taxi and we had a quiet bedroom round the back. The aircon does make a noise ( of course) so earplugs are useful. Plenty of local shops to buy water and snacks and in walking distance some lovely restaurants.

We liked it all. I guess if it’s winter tea and coffee in the room might be nice, but we weren’t particularly bothered.

The hotel is very good for the price. It's not super modern, but everything is fine and the air conditioning worked very well. The staff are extremely friendly and advised on the correct price for taxis (we would've been overcharged if it wasn't for their advice!)

We were on the top floor at the front, and the road noise was loud. It didn't bother us, but could be an issue for light sleepers. In Marrakech, drivers use their horns constantly, even at night.

The hotel is clean and serene , the staff are respectful , helpful and pro active to your needs . The location is superb too because you easily Grap a taxi, train or bus to any location of choice 👍🏽💯

The only this I don’t like is the fact that the noise from the road . I can hear cars or even the wind blowing at night time so if you are a light sleeper ask them to give you a room that is not facing the road. Also breakfast is the same , it a lot , it’s filling and nourishing but just monotonous 🤷🏾‍♂️

We had a 24h flight stay. It is a nice hotel and the desk staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel has a good location and what was nice for us is that we had a good and fast connection to the airport :)

Our hotel room had a nice view opposite the opera theater, but it was very noisy at night because of the busy road.. the room was not well insulated against noise pollution and that is the only disappointing thing.

Perfectly located next to the train station, the hotel staff was super nice. Accommodation was basic, but clean and comfy. It had shampoo and bath gel. Breakfast was set up next to the pool and big and yummy.

A bit noisy if your room is above the road but past midnight there is no traffic, you get to see an amazing sunrise over the mountains in the back and traffic is always very entertaining to watch from your window.
