All members of staff couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. We were staying with our 2 granddaughters, aged 13 and 18, and they loved all the activities organised by the Animation Team. The hotel and rooms were spotless. A great selection of food in dining room. We also loved the pool bar for drinks and snacks.

The location is a little far out of the centre of Marrakech, but, as we were looking for a relaxing, family week in the sunshine, we didn’t need to leave the hotel at all.

Great for kids and families. Staff were really lovely, for the most part. Good selection of dishes at meal times and housekeeping daily if required. Entertainment for kids, every night.

One, very over priced, shop on site so no option but to buy there. Check in was extremely slow and disorganised and the member of staff on the desk was not nice. Hotel takes deposits for towels and potential ‘breakages’ - seemed a bit tacky. Room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly - only bedding changed, toilet and surfaces not wiped down etc. stinky drain smell permeating the loo at times.

We liked everything, the staff were amazing, so welcoming and really good with children. There was a really good variety of food and drink (especially the cocktails).When there wasn't a buffet there was a pool side bar which served hot food like pizza, sandwiches, burgers ect which was lovely if you missed lunch, there was always something to eat. The room was clean and spacious, the room service was really good, The entertainment was fun, the lobby was clean and comfortable. The pool was warm and quite big.

I cant say there was anything I didn't like apart from the shop was a little pricy, but it was convenient as it was open until 11 and had a good range of essentials. And they let my son make Argon oil from scratch which was a lovely touch.

Having read some reviews I had slightly lowered our expectations in regards to the rooms, WiFi and food/drink and was pleasantly surprised. No issues with getting WiFi, food was as you’d expect for a buffet but always something to choose and drinks were fine as we stuck to beers/wine. The rosé was great! All the staff worked hard and given it was in the 30+ degree heat and Ramadan it can’t have been easy. Couple of great young lads including Omar on the outdoor bar serving food/drinks and the lobby bar had a lovely slightly older guy serving there most evenings who would always be friendly and have a chat, apologies I don’t have his name. Manal and Hassan on the reception were really helpful booking the shuttle, late check out and our taxis etc.

The kids club and pool needs some attention, the place was packed with families but it’s all a bit worn out/broken. The animation staff were excellent at bringing a good vibe though and doing games everyday! Also not enough sun beds, everyone up at 7am reserving them, however the pool staff did always do their best to get you some and shuffle things around.

Amazing staff, so friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much. They made us feel at home from home. The vibe in the day is super chill but with lots of bits throughout the day that you can join in with if you want to (yoga, belly dancing, archery, darts, table tennis). The range of food is amazing, all of us were able to eat lots (including our 2 year old - who can be fussy). Our room was perfect location and 10 steps from the pool but still felt private. We took advantage of the small gym and took our little boy to play at the kids clubs (with us) when he needed some indoor play. The staff always welcomed our little boy and gave him high fives and said hello. We were also super fortunate to pay for a late check out (as they had availability) for a small fee. Totally worth it for us to get a few more hours together before an evening flight. We will definitely be back

It’s not that we didn’t like it as it wasn’t an issue but the kids pool area was just too cold for our bub.

The room was spacious and clean, with two bathrooms, plenty of towels, and toiletries. The food selection was very good and to every taste. It was nice to try Moroccan tajine, even though it was not my cup of tea, but at least it was in the all-inclusive package. The fruits (fresh and dried) and fresh vegetables were fabulous. The fish and seafood (calamaries) were my favourites, and I ate the best-ever spring rolls. The pool was very nice, and the water was warm (in November). The bar and entertainment team (especially Smiley, Adil and Abdel, Fatima) were great and we were sorry to miss the activities when we went to explore Marrakech. A shuttle bus to Marrakech is a great idea; however, it would be nice to have a few stops in Marrakech, e.g. closer to the Jardin Majorelle as it is quite a long walk from the stop at Koutoubia. The reception and security staff were very kind and helpful. It was a nice oasis after even a few hours in busy Marrakech.

In our opinion, the entertainment started one hour too late, so it was running till midnight, disturbing sleep if you needed to wake up early the next day for the morning excursion. The gym's air conditioning didn't work, so it was quite hot to exercise. Some activities could be replaced with something more enjoyable.

The property was in an ideal location to be far enough out of the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to travel in without hassle. The free shuttle bus to and from was reliable and incredibly easy to use. The food at the hotel was varied and delicious. Our pool view room with balcony was beautiful and very spacious. The bar staff were extremely attentive and made yummy drinks, especially Ardel was who always there with a smile on his face and made us feel very welcome.

Although the hotel says that they do not allow guests to put towels on sun-beds by the pool by 9:30am over half of the sun-beds have towels on them so be mindful of this, as the hotel do not monitor and allow it to happen.

Be live experience was amazing, the Hotel is immaculately clean and staff are very attentive, professional and friendly. Everyone made our stay memorable, special thanks to a few staff members who went above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable ilham & Manal at Reception & Akim who drove us to the airport, others i have forgotten their names. Our room was very clean and housekeeping staff were amazing with their attention to detail. There were lots of activities, buffet, snack bar, lobby bar all was inclusive in our rate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would definitely be back.

Absolutely loved everything.

Very friendly staff, they all speak French and English very well. The hotel is well maintained, from the gardens to the rooms. Everything is also very clean in the hotel. The breakfast and food in general was good for a hotel, also a lot of selection of non-alcoholic as well as alcoholic drinks. Would recommend it overall, price wise unbeatable for the quality.

The only negative was the very poor WiFi in the rooms and in general in the building. If you want to work, it will almost certainly not be possible unless you have your own data.

The staff were completely incredible and great at making me laugh and encouraging me to get involved. Housekeeping went above and beyond everyday. I’d like to highlight the house keeper Saida who went above and beyond with her service and cleaning. After spotting and issue with my bed frame she quickly got it sorted with maintenance before coming back to make sure I was happy with it and adding final touches to my room. There were mixed reviews on the food however I throughly enjoyed it, although I normally only ate about 1-2 meals on site as I was usually out of the hotel during lunch. There was somthing for everyone, I was particularly fond of the buffet by the pool between 4-6 which had lovely chocolate cake. Cocktails were made strong which was great and air con was amazing in the 40 degree heat. Overall the vibe and people were very pleasant. Will definitely be returning
