- Spacious (nice design) room with a big balcony; - Friendly and helpful staff; - Good breakfast buffet with more than enough options of food; - Good location, not far from town (by car).

- The ATM in the hallway is not reliable! Money was taken from our credit card account but no money and no receipt came out of the machine. The staff told us to send a message to the ATM company. The company of the ATM did not help us. They sent us a short message telling us they cannot help and that we have to contact our own bank. Get your money at a reliable bank in town because we lost a big amount of money! - Breakfast table most of the time was messy with no cutlery. - Our bathroom tiles in the shower had black mold in the corners. - The pool is small with limited beds. We went to other pools in town. - Noisy room/bad isolation. We could hear our neighbors up and next to us when they talk or play music. Also our room was close to the rooftop which had loud music every night.

All the staff were so helpful and attentive. Thanks very much to the reception, bar, breakfast, security, housekeeping and spa teams! They made the stay 5 *! Anything you asked of them they did with care. If you need a taxi booked, advice on what to do/where to eat, safe luggage storage etc - they will sort it for you! The breakfast was fantastic - a variety of options to suit all tastes and I often turned up just before 11am but was never refused or rushed. The rooms were spacious and very clean with air con and comfy beds. The facilities - spa, 2 pools, rooftop bar, reception area, restaurant were all good.

The outdoor pool needs a bit of work (I think they are refurbing soon) but it was still a good pool to cool down in. The main carpet in the hallway is worn but this was minor. The bathroom in the room - lack of privacy as the door to the toilet and shower don’t close properly. Perhaps another door to segregate the bathroom and the room would improve this.

Location was Good, Staff were very friendly and helpful, The Rooms/ Suites arrangement, Value for money.

Breakfast: * Soup daily it was cold even we informed the restaurant team many times * They don’t cover the buffet items like salads & fruits which is not good with flies surrounding * Moroccan items such Malui or Mseman need to be upgraded or to revise their recipes. * No name tag on the items in the buffet, you have to ask all the times. Rooms: Are excellent except in the night there is noise from the upper lounge (Stahh Rooftop), we have to wait till 02:00 am when they stop. Even though my suite was fare from the rooftop

absolutely everything! I’d give it a 🤩 The staff were the nicest and could not do enough for us. They open doors, won’t allow you to carry your bag and call your cabs and walk you to the cab and open the door! We were upgraded on arrival to a suite and I said wow as he opened the door. There is a bath and separate shower room and 2 sinks and a separate toilet. A living area…wish I could have uploaded more photos..beautiful! There is an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. We only used the indoor in the evening as we were out all day. There is a roof top bar/ restaurant that had a DJ playing whilst you eat. Food was nice and the cocktails were good. The hotel is part of the Buddha bar and the other 2 restaurants that they recommended in the reception area. Buddha bar is fab! apart from the fact everyone chain smokes whilst you eat. This hotel isn’t in the new part or the medina old part it’s 10 mins outside in a cab so you could either walk or get a cab to whichever area you fancied. I thought this was a major plus..Cabs are cheap and the hotel call them and they arrive within minutes. We would definitely stay here again, I’m considering to come back with my two teenagers to let them experience it. This hotel is wonderful

If I was to be annoying I’d say the finish isn’t on point which is a shame as it really has the potential to be the 10/10. Didn’t spoil it for us…it was amazing!

We loved that staff understood and could speak English, which is not very common in Morocco. The breakfast buffet offers a great choice and there is an excellent 24 hours room service. They have lovely outside area with pool and a Spa area with heated pool. They also have a great roof top bar with DJ. Special shoutout to Soukoina, Azzeddine, Simo, Omor and chef Rouhssin. I hope that all the names are correctly spelled, if not, then my apologies. It was a perfect end to our Morocco trip thanks to Cesar Resort and Spa.

Lovely modern hotel 5 min away From the hectic Marrakesh center. They welcomed us with tea and pastries while we were doing the check in and it was really nice. The stuff in reception are very kind and speak fluent English ( in the morning ) the rest of the stuff don’t speak much English but they do speak French. They have a nice outside pool wich is very cold and you can eat and drink there. They also have an indoor pool with hot water wich we use the most. They offer massage service for 30€ and my gf loved it. There a really nice rooftop restaurant with heaters and dj every night and girls dancing. Amazing Moroccan tapas! It was my gf birthday one of the days and I emailed them beforehand to say this and they offered me to make a surprise in the room for her while we were away in the morning. They filled the room with roses and candles and balloons and they made a cake that was delicious. She absolutely loved it and it was spot on from their end. It was a great surprise and they really did a good job. They only charged me 50€ for this service wich was super worth it. Really greatfull for that. We used to go out and just get a taxi on the main road for 50 MAD to get to city center in less than 10 min. Much better than staying in town. All the activities that we did picked us up at the hotel so it was perfect. 100% recommended

The service was amazing. They treated us like royalties. The cleaning service was also perfect, the room smelled like flowers everyday, a special thanks to Senna and Rabia (the housekeeping). Breakfast was included, and there was so much choice. We also had dinner in the restaurant, authentic Moroccan food. It was a 10/10. I will definitely come back.

You can’t get food or drinks from outside the hotel, because there is 24/7 roomservice. But the food in the hotel is really good!

We stayed 3 nights at the end of a 2 week tour of Morocco. We were very impressed by the luxury offered at Cesar’s and were very glad we weren’t put off by previous bad reviews! Our only complaint would be the poor sound proofing of the bedrooms - you can hear the restaurant music and anyone walking above constantly. The Mexican restaurant on the roof has a loud booming beat until 2am that can be felt never mind heard from beds on the ground floor. Goodness knows what the upper floor is like. This issue needs resolved but I wouldn’t let it put you off staying there. Aside from disruptive noise, our stay was very enjoyable. Staff Couldn’t be more helpful. 5 star level service from waiters, reception and portering staff. Friendly and welcoming Bedrooms Beds very comfy, bedding luxurious. Spacious with seating area and large wardrobe. Shower high pressure and good temperature Pools Outdoor beautiful - bit chilly in November but sun beds exceptionally comfortable (like proper mattresses!) Indoor - very warm! Beautiful lit by ceiling. Quiet Attentive bar service around the pool. Food Universally high quality Breakfast exceptional - full bakery worth of options! Cocktails tasty and beautiful looking Pool menu varied and stunning presentations. All quick service Mexican restaurant on the roof in evenings again high quality We hope to return!

I honestly liked everything. We were lucky to have some sun and enjoy the amazing pool. The food was good, the service was amazing. The rooms was cleaned perfectly and they always would leave fresh rose pedals on the bed which we loved. The staff in the reception was always asking us and making sure we had everything. I needed as well to iron my shirt, so I asked for an iron. They brought it so fast and she even ironed my shirt for me. We will for sure return to this hotel for our next stay.

Boutique Hotel, Intimate but still have your own privacy. The staff were amazing.. all of them. We came for our honeymoon and the service is 110%. I can’t remember everyone’s name (sorry), but Yehir at reception was excellent when it came to general enquiries, booking taxis, and general hospitality. The spa and Hammam facilities were impeccable. Peaceful, clean and welcoming. Zainab who works in the spa/Hammam is an angel. Very friendly and always willing to help, going above and beyond for us. My wife needed to take out her weave and find an Afro Caribbean hairdressers and Zainab took her time to personally help take my wife’s hair out and find us a hairdressers closer to town that catered to us. We initially booked for 2 days but extended it to 3. A welcome surprise is the rooftop restaurant which gives a real Modern Moroccan feel. Ensure you book your table at reception. The restaurant has a Dj and some great food. 1 Moroccan Menu and 1 international menu. Cesar Resort.. we will be back 🔥
