Spacious and modern facilities, good air temperature controls, nice balcony with well-made table and chairs, comfortable sofa, pleasant lighting, good minibar-fridge. Staff always smiling and pleasant. Amazing breakfast with all sorts of healthy options, like unlimited fresh fruits and salads. Many kinds of bread, rolls, pancakes, as well as custom omelets, and even beet juice! The location of the hotel opposite the train station and SupraTours bus station is very convenient, and I love the beauty of Avenue Mohammed VI and the Hivernage neighborhood.

An ergonomic desk chair and desk lamp would be nice for both business and leisure travelers. Otherwise, no further suggestions for improvement.

The RED Hotel is immaculate, with all the usual amenities of lodging in its price range, plus more: spacious balcony with nice rattan furniture, handsome view, gorgeous shower, large bathroom and bedroom, super-comfortable bed, full-length floor mirror, mini-refrigerator, instant coffee, selection of teas, excellent room service... and the pool is incredible! And the breakfasts are even more incredible, there's so much choice. After 3 visits, I want to stay here on every trip to Marrakech.

The hotel is superbly located opposite the train station and opera house on a huge intersection with lots of street noise. But I like the buzz of the city. And the heavy doors to the balcony—sliding glass, doubled with good airspace — muffle most of the noise.

nice hotel, renovated rooms, spacious, clean, nice staff, good breakfasts, despite the fact that on the first day we did not receive a room that met our standard (no balcony, view of the construction site), after reporting a complaint at the reception, on the next day we were moved without any problems to a room with the standard we ordered, although the first room was also without any reservations as to cleanliness and size, good location.

We really enjoyed our stay in Red Hotel Marrakech. It is a beautiful and comfortable hotel right next to the central train station which was very useful for us, because we visited different cities by train, and we could easily do that from here. The hotel has a beautiful pool, a great snack bar (with an always smiley and friendly staff, including the kind Samad) and a nice spa. The crew is amazing, they always helped us immediately with every question we had about our Moroccon trip. Highly recommended.

It’s at a busy place, so it is quite loud, even at night. It did not bother us at all, but if you are sensitive to noise it can be an issue.

It is my third time in the Red Hotel, this time we had fresh renovated room, it was excellent. We loved the room, it is new, very clean, calm and stylish. The staff is very friendly and professional, they are super nice and welcoming. The hotel is in a good location, we always go here also because it is just in front of the gare station and not far from the airport. We tried the restaurant in the hotel, the food was great. The pool is also nice and helps when the weather is hot. So happy to have chosen the red hotel again! We will come back! Thank you very much!!

No creamer or milk supplied with tea/ coffee making facility. Entrance for Red Hotel not signed...or we didn't notice one..now through Opera Plaza on different road..entrance being refurbished. We actually walked up and down looking for the entrance. Checkin poor...under staffed and could be easily missed. No grand Reception desk..looked very makeshift

Loved the hotel, the cleanliness, the pool, and the breakfast was amazing. The size of the room was fantastic and the bathroom was great. The location is just opposite a train station and a bunch of restaurants!

1. Room service did not work 2. The introduction when checking in, the staff gave us no details about the hotel other than the breakfast timing, and so we had to find out a lot by ourselves or from asking. Also no details about the city, what to explore etc.

The Red Hotel staff is superb. The breakfast was excellent, with omelettes and Moroccan crepes and pancakes made to order. The only negative thing was that the room air conditioning is set to work on a seasonal schedule, so it could not be turned on until May 1. This is a problem in Marrakesh, where the temperature can be very high well before May 1. The room was borderline uncomfortable, but I was exhausted enough that I managed to sleep. Opening the window is not an option, as the street noise is very, very loud.

Possibility of using the air conditioning in the room. Also, the pool was out of service.

The Red Hotel is essentially right outside the Fes train station. It's reasonably close to eating places, and we found a good one. (Though some are fairly down-market.) Comfortable inside the room. Nice bathroom and shower.

Our room faced the main street and so we had traffic noise all night. Manageable, but I'll be asking for a room away from the street next time.

The renovated rooms and swimming pool, the friendly staff, smooth check in, breakfast and the tasty ommelets prepared with a big smile by Meriem. Tasty food at the testaurant.

Not easy to get a table outside during breakfast. The steak at the restaurant is served without chips or patatoes.
