Wonderfully cozy and atmospheric Riad in the middle of the medina (but perfectly located 10min walking distance from the hustle and bustle of the Jemaa el Fna). The whole staff are out of this world! Omaima, Ahmed and Soulayman made us feel welcome from the first minute, and have been helping us adjust to last-minute travel plans, taught us a few words in Darija, and had plenty of recommendations of what to see, explore, and local advice. The food at the Riad is also one of the best we had during our trip. And after the bustling streets of Marrakech, coming back to the Road always felt like arriving in an Oasis of quiet and peace. We shall be back - inshallah 🙏 Thank you so much for making our stay in Marrakech so memorable!

The property was beautiful, it was quiet and had an authentic feel. The food was delicious, so I recommend you eat dinner here at least once. They don’t sell wine per glass btw, which is understandable. The staff were super nice and helpful. Massage was nice!

The room description for our Junior Suite wasn’t as described. There were 3 of us staying for a couple of nights and we wanted a bit of space. It said it had its own pool, private terrace and entry as well living room and separate bedroom. Everything was in one room, we didn’t have our own terrace, the bathroom was upstairs. We did query this but was told it was the only room that can accommodate all of us. The room was nice nevertheless and we worked with the lack of space but it was a little frustrating.

Breakfast was very good, basically bread pancakes croissants, fruit and condiments. Eggs were available if wanted. We liked the large soft bathroom towels. Lots of places to sit outside the room, although we also had a shared terrace. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

The dinners were below average. The blurb says they have staff who worked in the kitchen of Al Mansur, so we expected good meals. We ate dinner twice in the hotel. There was only a selection of about 6 tajines for main course. The cock was very dry.

Quiet and nice small boutique hotel. Spacious and tasteful decorated suite with comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Very nice wellness experience in the Hamman based in the basement followed by a wonderful dinner. The staff is also very nice and helpful.

Was expecting daily refill of coffee cups and bottled water.

The people there in riyad like your family, smiling serving with love, the experience of living in traditional house “Riyadh” with modernist customization is amazing, the room was like 5 star hotel with amazing traditional touches, setting outside beside the pool at night is another happy meal 😬, thanks Ahmad and ameen and my darling sisters there for the wonderful hostility.

Staff was super friendly, very helpful and flexible to accommodate special requests (e.g. early check-in, early breakfast, organizing transportation, etc.). The room was lovely decorated and had a nice (shared) balcony, with a large comfortable bed and an excellent bathroom. Special mentioning deserves the excellent food (especially dinner) and the very relaxing Hammam ritual and massage.

The room was right above the kitchen, which naturally led to some noise at times (especially noticable in the morning, if you want to sleep in). Location: walking to the large square in the city centre (Jemaa el-Fna by the Medina) takes about 20min

The riad is situated in a quieter, more residential area and feels welcoming and safe. Great plunge pool for relaxing after a day exploring. Lovely decor and room. Staff were very helpful in arranging an airport transfer.

We read about the amazing food but were told on the day of our stay that as we hadn’t booked for dinner the chef had gone home. The lovely receptionist gave recommendations for local restaurants instead.

Cannot say enough good things about this place: Mohammed and Ahmed were polite, kind and very helpful. The other staff were incredibly amazing too, as the whole Riad is spotless and we enjoyed wonderful breakfasts. It’s bigger than we thought, and the attention to detail is amazing. Location was great for us as it’s quiet and only takes about 25mins to walk to the main square, although you’ll easily find a cheap taxi if you prefer. We loved having a drink by the pool or on the roof garden, or walking round the corner to Cafe Clock. We stayed in a hotel on our last visit, but the comfort of the Riad made it a much more special experience. We will definitely be back before the end of the year.

what a welcome! absolutely everything from the locals taking us there (a girl took my girlfriends hand and led us to the entrance, which could be missed, every day she said good morning and good evening when we came and went from the riad) to the place itself. the Riad is a dream and the staff are beyond amazing. breakfast is excellent and the pool after travelling the city for the day is wondrous. the perfect spot. the stain glass windows are so beautiful in the day. checkout the roof terrace also and the wifi is outstanding. I forgot to tip because we had to leave so early and I was so tired after breakfast (they served at 06:30 as a favour) please let me know if I can tip through here.

it was perfect
