Very friendly staff, clean and lovely environment. Good location within the medina.really nice breakfast. Would recommend to stay for other guests.

Internet does not work inside the room. Was a bit confusing as the hotel handles the payment rather than through booking.com, we thought we cleared out payment when we check out then was asked to pay. We were also billed with the bottled water when the tap water in Morocco was not drinkable-this was not mentioned to us when we ask for water so the staff waived the bill for bottle water for us in the end.

Location is great as we were only 10 minutes away from the main area in Medina. The best points about this Riad are staff, location , food and the terrace. We had breakfast every day up at the terrace and Yosef and Rashid were so helpful and polite. The room got clean everyday. We appreciated their hard work as they were fasting during the Ramadan. The place got busy and noisy over the weekend but this is due to inconsiderate guests despite attempts from staff to respond to their needs.

The nr 11 room, needed some care as there were scratches all over the walls , air conditioner needed some deep clean and there was no ventilation at the toilet. Attention to details on the furniture, lighting or bringing the amazing orange blossom smells inside the rooms would have been nice to avoid the area looking basic.

The staff was beyond welcoming and kind! We were given mint tea and lots of helpful information when we arrived and a lovely bonus was the room was nice and cool for us when we entered. The property is beautiful and calming. The location was away from the busy square and souk but still only an easy 10-15 minute walk away. We booked round trip taxi with the riad which made it very easy getting to/from the airport. On our departure day we had to leave at 4:30 in the morning so they prepared a small breakfast for us even though it was well before breakfast hours. The staff took this stay to a much higher level. Would definitely recommend!

We really liked the decor and the details of the facility, as well as very nice kind and helpful staff (no one excluded!), don't be afraid to ask them anything they will be more than happy to help you! It is really a little oasis of calm and peace in a very busy and crowded place like Marrakech, where you can relax and enjoy your time. We also tried the dinner which was delightful; breakfast is very good as well with traditional and freshly made products. Location is perfect in the old town and close to many attractions and very well connected to taxi pick up points.

The structure is very quiet, but you have to take into account that the rooms are not sound proof as you can imagine in a Riad doesn't stop any noise from the surroundings, plus it is located very close to 2 mosques so you will clearly hear the call of the muezzin starting from the early morning, not a big problem for us but it's important to be aware of it. The massage is probably not worth the price and the WIFI is really slow and connection is not consistent throughout the day.

Staying at this hotel made our Marrakech trip special. We had the pleasure of encountering Yassine, Yassin and Ashraf. We were greeted everyday by these guys with warm smiles. Enjoyed the breakfast on the roof terrace, soaking in the small but functioning pool in the lobby, and a full spa that was arranged by Yassin on short notice. On the day of arrival, we were picked up at the nearly spot where cars would go, and on the day of departure, we were again brought to the taxi stand and Yassine kindly negotiated the price for us with the taxi driver. We're grateful that we met these young and hard working guys. We made connection with them, and this reminded us why we travel.

The riad was an oasis of calm in a busy city. The staff were exceptional. They were friendly and polite and couldn't do enough for you to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The room was clean and spacious and was cleaned and tidied every day. The decor was beautiful. The food also was very good with a copious breakfast every morning. The riad was ideally situated near all the sights and souks but not right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle, which was perfect. A holiday we will remember for a long time.

The towels were a little ragged and need changing. The water in the shower ran a little cold, then hot then cold again but I think you can expect that in this city.

The entire staff was super helpful and kind. We arrived almost two hrs late and were starving. Ayoub was very helpful and ordered food ( tajine) for the three of us. When needed, he also booked a taxi for us and made us tea every evening.

Everything was super positive. One thing could be improved: we used the Hammam and had a massage. The ladies could have been more communicative and let us know what was happening step by step rather than leaving us in the sauna for 15 min without any notice. They could have explained the process, what the products were for. I had to get out of the sauna and ask them what was happening.

Absolutely loved Yassine and Yassin! They were so helpful introducing us to Marrakech and sorting out transportation into and out of the riad. They really made us feel at home and were every approachable. Impeccable English skills! Left my sunglasses in the lobby on our last day and Adil chased after us on a motorbike to make sure I got it back- thank you so much!! Good enough breakfast, my favourite was the French toast they served us one morning! I really enjoyed the terrace each morning especially on hot days. The hotel was very clean and always smelled of orange blossoms. There were lots of places to lounge in within the riad. Great view of the night sky from inside one of the main seating areas on the first floor. Very quiet despite being in the heart of the Kasbah district. Felt very safe walking at night, though it's easy to get lost in without a mobile map. Make sure to download the offline maps they mention at the start of your stay. Easier to navigate in the morning and daytime due to the stores being open. Overall, fantastic location. Highly recommend Cafe Clock about a 10 min walk south of the Riad. Our room itself was very spacious. Large closet for our belongings. Our room (#4) had a hallway between the sleeping area and bathroom which added a feeling of luxury! The bathroom was splendid, the clawfoot tub was definitely useful after a long day of walking the medina. Overall, great location, WONDERFUL staff, and a beautiful riad.

It would have been convenient to have gotten a bottle of drinking water per person everyday included with our stay instead of having to ask for it everyday and have to pay extra. But really, that is a very minor inconvenience!

The customer service from the staff was outstanding and possibly the best I’ve received. Nothing was too much to ask. They (apologies, I didn’t get their names) were incredibly welcoming, friendly, polite, had an abundance of information and were just exceptional all-round. The three course dinner we had also exceeded our expectations (the best vegetable tagine we had on during our stay in Marrakesh). Thank you so much for making our stay so incredible.

Reluctantly adding that the cleanliness of our room didn’t quite match my expectations. I always remove my shoes and leave them at the door when staying places, and I found that there were many ‘bits’ on the floor sticking to my socks and bare feet which wasn’t pleasant. The toilet area within the bathroom was not very clean.

Excellent stay in this beautiful riad. Its situated in a fairly quiet and safe neighbourhood and only a 10 min walk from Jama el Fena and 13 mins away from Bahaiya Palace. The room was clean and comfortable with aircon. Housekeeping cleaned the room every morning. There is a safe in the cupboards aswell. The staff very great and very helpful in all matters; recommendations, information about the local area, help with excursions. Particularly Yasin 1 &2, Ashraf, Adil and Yusuf. We were provided with excellent breakfast every morning which helped us get fuelled for the day. Overall, this was a great and comfortable place to stay and great value for money.

Massage room felt a bit warm without aircon with a musty smell on the towels. However the masseuses did a great job.
