The staff were wonderful and the riad itself was beautiful, its calming design was a magical oasis from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the city. The location was ideal, great for convenience but also a bit of peace and quiet. Breakfast on the roof terrace was lovely, with a great spread and very accommodating. Very comfortable beds!

The showers’ water pressure was a little weak and the plug did not properly fit so we could not use the bath tub, but overall it was amazing.

Warmly welcomed by staff despite arriving earlier than check in who offered to allow me to use the communal spaces while my room was being prepared. Beautiful design and relaxing space in a great location. Was travelling alone and was very comfortable here, but would also recommend with a partner with the atmosphere for a private get away. Recommend having dinner one evening it was really fantastic.

Difficult to single out anything because it was truly really great. But in no particular order: the spacious rooms, the interior design, the breakfast, the location and the super sympathetic staff!

Great location, everything super clean and the Riad was very beautiful. Fatima was amazing, offering a lot of help and very kind with us. Breakfast was super good as well. We would repeat without any doubt!

absolutely perfect place to calm down and relax (totally quiet), but still in the best place of the Medina to explore everything within short walking distance. Super friendly staff! Nice breakfast (however something salty was missing, e.g. egg). Stunning!!! rooftop terrace! Also not many rooms and there just a few guests and always very quiet atmosphere

It was beautiful and clean, very nice to come back to after a day exploring the souks.

The chic aesthetic is romantic and idyllic, especially at night when the lanterns are lit. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a treat.

Our room was on the first floor and opened onto the public courtyard/shared space. There was not much insulation, so our room lacked privacy.

Beautiful rooms, friendly staff

We stayed in many different locations in Medina and this one was not the most beautiful neighbourhood. But it was still close to everything so that wasnt too bad.

Location wise, this Riad is perfectly located within the medina as most Riad's are. At the first glance, the medina can seem daunting and somewhat of a maze like structure, but I can confirm it is completely safe and easy to navigate once you get used to it. I am a solo traveller and young woman and had no issues. Riad Dar-K is so so beautiful, literally every corner of the Riad carefully designed to perfection. It is light and airy with the white walls and excessive green plants dotted around the Riad, lol I loved it! My room was much bigger than I expected because simply booked a standard double room but it was big and the ceilings are very high. The bathroom was lovely and the water pressure in the shower was amazing - this is essential for me. The bed was huge and very very comfortable - this Riad is simply perfect, I can't stress this enough. With regards to the price, I was staying at a different Riad for a few days prior to this one, the other Riad was cheaper, however it does not compare to this one. Having stayed at Riad Dar-K, I completely understand the pricing and think it is well fitted to the standard of the Riad. I was welcomed by staff member Dunya with some Moroccan tea and snacks followed by a tour of the entire Riad. In the evening before leaving she cooked me a delicious Tagine and was taken over by the night staff member, Simo. He was also very accommodating and extremely helpful - thank you so much. I will absolutely stay here again and I have already recommended this Riad to my friends and family. You can book the entire Riad for a group of friends/ family which is defo something I would consider in the future :) xx
