I liked the helpful staff at the Riad. Sala on day 1 was brilliant at check in. Our family suite was brilliant and had our own door to enter the nice little courtyard. Rooms were cleaned everyday and new towels provided. Overall a very nice Riad and in an excellent location!! The rooftop terrace space was our favourite and could have stayed there all day. It was also nice to see the owner of the riad every morning and say hello.

Breakfast was good, there could be a bit more to make even better. Some nice fruit on the tables for anyone who wants to and some olives on the side etc which I have experienced in another place on a previous visit. Just little things takes it to another level. I had a foot massage and would have appreciated some nice diffuser sending essential oils smells in the spa area. My massage itself was amazing!! Just a bit more ambience.

Perfect stay. This Riad is in a perfect location in the Medina, walking distance to all local attractions and easy to pop back for a break. The staff were welcoming, offered us tea and traditional baked goods on check in (we arrived around 10pm), all staff were always friendly and saying hi. The owner lives in the riad and introduced himself and always asked how things were when he saw us. The included breakfast was lovely; great setting, fresh and variety (bread, jams, omelette, eggs, pasties, ta/coffee/juice). The Riad itself is traditional with a modern feeling, it is deceptively spacious with lots of nice areas to relax. The terrace has lots of seating, loungers and a small pool. Bedroom was large and cleaned daily, had a fridge and bottled water provided daily. The live in cats are a nice touch. Overall a very pleasant stay, made to feel at home and excellent location.

We loved our stay here! The Riad itself is beautifully decorated and felt very cosy. The location is ideal if you want to have easy access to everything and to be in the beating heart of the Old Town. The breakfast wasn't a must have, but what really made our stay special was the staff. It felt like we belonged to the Riad's family. They were so helpful in helping us book transfers and excursions. They went above and beyond to recommend us the best spots in town and they always went the extra mile to make sure that our trip was everything we wanted it to be. Special shout outs to Abdallah in the Riad and Ahmed (our driver to Ourika) , they really went above and beyond. Thank you so much guys :))

What a wonderful, lovely and sereen Riad this is in the middle of the old center of Marrakech. It is the perfect escape from all the chaos in the medina and souks. Everything is well taken care of, from check-in (they pick you up from the taxi location), give you tea and sweets while filling in a form, give a tour through the Riad, nice breakfast, clean the room every day, have a lovely roof terrace and always check if you are okay. Almost every room is filled with gorgeous art pieces and they have like five cats who even come to your room for cuddles (so keep your window / door ajar if you want to welcome cats). At the last day we had a Berber Hamman massage, really recommended as well, gives you all the relaxation you need. So looking for a Riad in Marrakech? Then this is the place to be.

Everything about this Riad is outstanding. The quiet elegance of the décor and the friendly and efficient staff made this Riad feel like home. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace with exceptional views, beautiful plants, and cozy nooks for relaxation. The owner of the Riad, the talented designer and artist, exuded warmth and friendliness, making a point to engage with us whenever our paths crossed. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and willingness to fulfill any request with ease, making our experience truly seamless and enjoyable. The location is excellent, situated in a quiet, upscale area near the Secret Garden and just a 10-minute walk from the main square. We absolutely adored the Riad cats! There are 5 living in the Riad, and they are incredibly sweet. If you ever visit Marrakech, I highly recommend Riad Dar Saad. Many thanks to the team for making our stay so memorable. We will be back!

The Riad was in a fantastic and safe location and very easy to walk everywhere. The Riad itself was lovely and calm and peaceful, the rooftop had so much space and lots of very private areas to sit and relax in that you felt you were the only ones there. The staff were very helpful, overall it was a wonderful stay.

There was nothing really I can say, as everything met our expectations. The only very very slight negative is that the water pressure in the shower was not great and the basin wasn't draining that well but that is so minor it wouldn't stop me staying there again.

The riad was extremely beautiful and impeccably decorated. If you appreciate art you'll love this place. The riad boasts many whimsical collections and colorful parlor spaces. It is a treat to explore the riad. We had the opportunity to interact with Jean-claude who is the owner of the riad and the artist behind the beautiful art. Our room was spacious and we loved the open air patio. The staff had great communication and were very helpful. We had a few meals here and the food was lovingly prepared. The breakfast was small but sufficient. The location is great, a 2 mins walk from Dar el Bacha and a nice stroll down through the medina to the square. It is surrounded by many interesting places to shop

We had kids and hoping we would have more options for snacks available through the day, but often there was nothing and we had to walk to the medina to grab something. The bathroom did not have sufficient ventilation so we had to leave the doors and windows open to ventilate otherwise the space would feel musty. The family room is large but rather basic (black and white) compared to the other rooms in the riad that are more colorfully decorated. For a family with kids, I think the family room could be just as interesting as the other rooms offered.

I was very skeptical at first because I've never stayed at a Riad before and thought it would be just a small room. But I was proven wrong! the Riad was absolutely amazing!! The room was big and it had a huge bed, the bathroom was super nice and clean! The whole riad was spotlessly clean, the staff was so nice and even the owner came to say hi in the morning when I was having breakfast. I honestly cannot say enough nice things about my stay. It was the highlight of my stay in Morocco!! The location of the riad is also amazing, its right off the main road and and you'll be in the center of the medina as soon as you walk out. The area is super safe and is surrounded by police officers. But you know whats my favorite part? THE CATS!! there are 3 cats in the riad that the hotel staff takes care of and its so nice to see those poor stray cats found home in the riad and these nice people take care of them. If I ever go back to Marrakech I will stay there again. LOVE LOVE LOVE

They were super helpful and responsive to our messages prior to the trip. And arranged the pickup for us. the Place is in the center and easy to go anywhere by walk, yet very quiet. Ther staff there was very friendly. The breakfast was ok..not many options to be very honest.

I would like to propose that maybe to have some rule about restricting parents from leaving their kids to run and scream in the open/shared area. It was not really pleasant when you just wanna chill next to the pool and read something with those noses and chase around.

The riad was decorated very nicely. The staff, especially Ibrahim, were very helpful explaining everything about Marrakech and offering helpful advice during my stay there. There are a number of common areas, although I did not really meet other guests. Breakfast was plentiful and great. The location was very convenient. Around a 10-15 minute walk to Jemaa el-Fina without too many twist and turns. I appreciate that it's close to the Dar El Batcha Museum, which is an easy spot to get a taxi to and from the airport. Riad is easy to find given that it is on a bigger street, I suppose.
