The area of the property is really nice, comfortable beds, very clean room, could control the heat in the room which is always perfect, really good shower, quiet area and the free coffee in the morning really added to the overall experience (really good coffee!) There is also an elevator on the property which is rare to find in Amsterdam :) Also has an amazing street market on a Saturday morning right outside the hotels door, highly recommend!

There was a slight drain smell in the bathroom, however didn’t ruin the overall experience!

Location is excellent and quiet. Staff ia amazing and always available, even by WhatsApp 24h. They also have bike for rental which is super convenient. On saturdays you have the best street Market in Amsterdam just in front of the hotel. It is great! You can find everything. I definitelly recomend this hotel.

No comments on it. Everything was perfect.

Location was great to access all parts of downtown Amsterdam via walking. Clean and bright rooms. Balcony a nice touch. Staff were friendly and helpful

Love coffee to start the day. Hotel offered coffee each morning as part of their amenities, but staff would not start until at least 9am. Sunday was 9:45 am. Staff arriving an hour earlier each morning would have be great! 😊

First of all, incredible location in one of the cutest neighborhoods! Jasper was absolutely sweet in welcoming us and explaining everything. The room itself was modern, clean, beautiful with a small sweet balcony and nice view. I will say the room is tiny and hard to walk around in, let alone put your luggage. But they did take care of everything and were really sweet, I just think for this room size maybe the price could've been a bit lower. Definitely recommended though!

Just keep in mind reception services are only until 5:30 pm, but they do mention they're also available after on WhatsApp/phone.

Free cappucino in the mornings. Nice balcony overlooking the neighborhood & church nearby. 10 minute walk to train station. Close to restaurants, etc. Very friendly staff. An elevator which is rare in the small hotels. Modern interior finishing & a large bathroom. Street market on Saturdays along the street in front (no canal on this street) - food, clothes, etc. from local vendors. There's a good size party room that can be rented for larger groups or parties.

The church bells would start ringing in the evening into the early night (not sure why). At first it was annoying but then I enjoyed the serenity it brought.

The Adam Suites was the perfect location, right in the heart of the city a short walk from the station with lovely restaurants and cafes close by. The hotel has a lovely relaxed lobby and the rooms are so comfortable, clean and modern! Most of all the staff really made our stay - they were so warm and welcoming really made us feel like part of the family! Gave us recommendations for nice breakfast spot close by ! We had a fantastic stay over Kings Day and will be back!!! Could not recommend Adam Suites Hotel more highly enough!

Lovely friendly staff in a good area about 10 minutes walk from central station. Has plenty of nice cafes for food round about. Comfortable bed and clean bed. Good size room. Lovely bathroom with great powerful hot shower. Nice touches like hairdryer, steamer, shampoo and conditioner. Room cleaned daily. Huge TV with Netflix etc. Free tea and coffee. Lovely market right outside on Saturday.

Nearest tram is 9 minutes walk away might not suit people who can't walk far. Very noisy hotel people coming and going walking about couple shouting and swearing for about an hour at 6am. Bottom of cupboard hadn't been cleaned really dusty, everywhere else was immaculate. Balcony was nice compact and clean view was of several air conditioning pipes. Would still return.

The hotel is located in the most beautiful area in Amsterdam (in my humble opinion!). You instantly see the difference when walking from the centre. It’s a lot more picturesque and cosy. There’s also plenty of lovely cafes and bars in the area. The hotel is very aesthetic and well cared for. The staff were all lovely and very knowledgable. They even made us coffee one morning which was much appreciated! I think the value for money is excellent and we’d definitely come back. Thank you! :)

Nothing to put down here really! Even though the reception is only open until 17:30 if anything goes wrong after this time, the staff are always ready to help and can be contacted via phone/WhatsApp! Our key card stopped working one night - the staff were able to open the room door remotely for us (insane!!) and we got a new card the next morning. One evening there was a smell of cigarettes coming into the room from the vent - nothing to blame the hotel for, some other guests must have been smoking in the room which was quite clearly forbidden.

The location is the selling factor. so many good local restaurants but with 5 to 10 minutes walk to many local sites. Tram at the end of the street that is only a few stops from the Museums. Also a fantastic local market just outside on Saturday, had so much fun seeing the vendors and non touristy items for sale. even though we were close to lively locations, our room in the back was very quiet.

it’s not that we didn’t like it, but there is not a reception host at all times. we checked in after hours, but they were readily available via phone when we arrived to remote us in to both the hotel and our room. You will need to be ok with being a bit independent , it is not a full service hotel. Also the towels were a bit thin and didn’t dry out quickly.

Helpful staff, well situated, exceptionally comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom (good products too), very clean, balcony looking out at backs of houses, roomy modern lift, relaxing coffee bar etc behind reception desk (useful to refresh when picking up cases left after check out on last day).

Luckily our room was on first floor - lift doesn’t go higher and stairs are narrow and steep. Bathroom basin and mirror seemingly set for average Dutch height! Stool at the bedside was small - a higher, sturdier and larger surface for book, phone, glasses etc would have been perfect.
