Very nice hotel! the staff is very kind and helpful, is really well located (literally right next to a metro and tram/bus station) and the rooms are super clean and comfortable equiped with everything necessary for a nice staying

Only negative is the fact that my room (single bed one) didn’t have any windows, it was completely closed wich i don’t recall that being menciones in the booking page. And that was very desorienting regarding the time and the weather specially in a place like Amsterdam where it rains a lot out of the blue, but apart from that everything was great.

Location of the hotel is acceptable, it is a bit far to center however every transportation system is so close to hotel, with these way it is only 10-15 mins to center. Room and bathroom were very clean and the owner and also the personel were very helpful and gentle. Thank you Hotel New Kit.

The location was excellent! right next to (3 min walk) the metro station which was not only reasonably priced (15 euros for two days travel) but also very easy to navigate into Amsterdam central and back. The room we had was modern, clean and tidy, we requested a room with a window when booking as we read reviews to say some rooms did not have windows, and they honored this when we checked in, the bathroom was also modern, tea and coffee making facilities and a hair dryer in the room

Very small niggle that the room I booked was a twin room to share with my daughter and the bathroom/toilet doors were unfrosted glass with no locks so it meant going to the toilet and showering was a little awkward, the bath towels were small and didn't cover a door.

The hotel is located in a quiet part of the city, which is just a few steps away from a metro and tram station, through which you can reach every part of the city. The trip by tram or bus to the city center is about 20 minutes. The staff are very kind and helpful in every way. The rooms are small but contain everything needed for a few nights. It's great that towels and shampoo bottles are changed every day.

The girls who work on cleaning the rooms should pay more attention to sweeping the carpet and cleaning the dust on the floor. It is also desirable to collect used shampoo bottles during the daily room check and trash disposal.

Location was great you have the metro , trams and buses stop right next to the hotel. Would definitely be staying here again when I return to Amsterdam

The rooms aren't really sound proof so you can hear everything outside in the hallways even if they're trying to be quiet , wasn't a problem for us but I can see how it would be for an older couple or family with small children

Breakfast really good, beds were comfortable, good location Just next to metro, tram and bus stop. The room looks really nice, new furnitures.

At the beginning of our stay we were given two towels for each person plus one in the bathroom for general use. Every day the cleaning person was changing it but for only one Towel for each person, no additoonal for hand or for bathroom floor. First time i went for reception to get missing small towels but it happened again... it is just so basic to give 2 towels for each person and if you exchange it give the same number of towels later. I don't See the reason for 'savings' in this matter. Another thing there is plenty of place to provide normal wall and door for the bathroom. I don't understand why there is just a Glass wall which gives no privacy or acoustic comfort when using. Inside there are All amentities you need.

Hotel room had an amazing view, it was very clean and comfortable. Our room was cleaned every day when we left the room, towels replaced, toilet paper and shampoo/shower gel replaced as well. The staff was extremely friendly. The thing that we liked the most is the connection of the hotel to the city center and all other locations we visited, in front of the hotel is a tram/bus/metro station that took us wherever we needed to go. Pretty basic breakfast but it was delicious! We had an amazing stay at the New Kit hotel and we will stay in this hotel for sure next time when we visit Amsterdam as well!

Only flaw was that our mugs were replaced after four days but I'm sure that they would've been replaced immediately if we asked the staff for it.

Everything was really good. It is super close to train and bus stations.

As other hotels in Amsterdam this one as well overpriced:)

would be nice if there was a fridge in the room. overall quite expensive for what it is (just a tiny room with no windows)

It's near a tram and metro stop, 25 min. to Amsterdam's center. the room was clean and comfy. The staff was really helpful and nice. 🙌🏻 I would definitely recommend this place and come back.
