Very good experience. 📍Very strategic position during the day (train direct to centraal), worse in the night (after 01 PM) because the station is closed but with taxi or other service you can arrive from the centre in 15-20 minutes. 🍺🌿 In the district there is a market store, laundry, starbucks, some pubs (eat or drink) and a very good coffeeshop (maybe the best in Amsterdam). 🙆🏻‍♂️ Very clean and provived, in the room you can find towels, phon, coffee machine, dishwasher and a complete cucine (dishes, glasses, cooking station). 👥 I raccomand it for couples in particular but also for friendship group like us. (Sorry for my english 👀)

👍🏻 Maybe a partnership with some kind of moving service for the night to an easier come back in the hotel.

Everyone I met at reception in both hotels was exceptionally friendly, well spoken, and helpful (I think Priscilla was the name(?) of the lovely woman at the front desk I saw most often. She's a keeper! lol. Really warm and seems intelligent and motivated (of course that's just my fleeting impression) I was unexpectedly upgraded to an apartment instead of a studio which was EXCELLENT I liked having access to the guest amenities closet. It was useful to be able to get my own washing up items and towels etc. as needed

For over €200/night, I do not expect to be asked to take my trash and recycling to the basement upon exit. Especially considering, over my week's stay, I was offered only one complimentary cleaning (it was all I required for the record aside from the checkout). I think you should reconsider that protocol. In the apartment I was in, there was room for separate bins for recycling etc. If it's about odor or whatnot, why not just have a staff member alerted upon checkout and they can remove the trash bag. Otherwise, since the room must be thoroughly cleaned upon exit, I see no reason why this task needs to be delegated to a paying guest.

Great facilities and perfect apartment for a short stay. Staff were very nice. The laundry and gym facilities were excellent. Location near the train station is very convenient and allows for a larger, nice room with better facilities at better value than central Amsterdam.

The neighbourhood itself is a bit blah, which is mitigated by the excellent location near transport taking you into the centre of town in a few minutes.

The rooms were clean. The mini kitchen was very comfortable. Internet was stable.

I was very surprised by the requirement to carry out the garbage on a check-out to the ground floor. Quite thin walls - in the next apartment the hungry pair all night had sex - I've felt like in their room. The construction yard in front of the woke up me every day even on Saturday. The cleaning once after the 5 days.

Check-in went smooth, and the employees at reception were polite and friendly. The first impression of the room was that it looked amazing, everything was clean and all amenities were provided as described in the room description. The bathroom was neat and clean and was set up spaciously. The room was set up spacious and the kitchen facilities were very modern and clean. There was even a guest amenities closet which could be used to get new bedsheets or towels. There is a restaurant on the top floor, and a gym which may be used by guests.

There was nothing that I personally didn't like.

We found everything we need in an apartment. Some or missing supplies you can find in a service room. Room service once per week is included to the price, but there are possibility to make the room by yourself ;) We rented comfortable bike for 16eur/24hours.

Aparthotel with good facilities and very good/quick access via train to both the city center (Amsterdam Centraal station) and the airport; the Sloterdijk train station was 3 minutes away and that even facilitated an easy day trip to Brussels. Apartment was clean, warm, well-appointed, beds were comfortable (but had a small issue - see below).

The most annoying issue was that even if technically this was an apartment with a separate bedroom, the bedroom door let all sound through; I don't really see the value of booking this vs a studio. The sound insulation to the exterior was OK (did not hear the trains or the construction work outside), but the apartment door let a lot of sound through. Even worse, the bedroom wall at the head of the bed actually moved/vibrated heavily (!) when someone closed a door on the hallway. Also, the double bed in the bedroom was on wheels and slightly moved each time one of us would try to sit up and lean against the wall.

The staff first and foremost. They were especially helpful even after we checked out and headed off then had to return for them to call us a taxi , as all public transport had stopped, due to the big storm. The room was very nice and even though there wasn’t any daily housekeeping there was an amenities cupboard for the guests to use. Very close to all public transport and shops. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry on site.

If l said anything at all it would be that we didn’t have a toaster but we received one on request.

Apartment is nice and comfortable, everything is new and in a working condition, equipped with dishwasher. It is big enough which is great if you have to stay for several days. Staff is very hospitable and helpful, allowing early check-in if the room is available.
