The bed is so comfortable and the room is very spacious

The receptionist wasn't friendly at all. I requested for a room with bathtub in advance, apparently the double rooms only come with a shower but it wasn't stated like that on booking.com and I wasn't informed earlier about this. So I asked her in a friendly manner that if it's possible for me to switch to a twin room since the price is the same. She then gave me a sneer smile which shocked me, I don't understand how on earth can a receptionist do this to a customer. I wasn't even greeted with a smile from the start till the end.

Very spacious room with a big bathroom, there were 3 of us and we had more than enough space. Beds are amazing. The location is not central, however it's not an issue because the public transport connections are excellent. There is a transit stop approx 4 minutes walking from the hotel with a tram line and several bus lines that take you to the city center quickly, and the nearest metro stop is about 8-10 minutes by walking from the hotel, also very close.

Location, coffee machine, close to bus to go to centre, lots of shops around..

Very loud people in room next to us, had trouble sleeping..

Liked the location although out of town it was a nice place to retreat to after being in the busy city all day. Ubers to the city averaged around 14 euros which for our group of 3 was less than 5 euros each. Nice selection of shops in the immediate area. Loved that you could pay for early check in and late check out. Staff all very polite and friendly

We stayed on the tenth floor, lovely views. The and only bad part of the whole stay was the smell on tbe 10th floor corridoor. Something off with the sewage or drainage but it was truly awful. Once in the room was okay but the hallway was gut wrenching. It's probably bad enough to say that unfortunately we wouldn't stay again. Didn't want to mention it to staff as clearly they would have sorted this if they could have before accepting guests on that floor

This hotel actually exceeded my expectations very nicely! A very nice guy at reception (cannot remember his name but he mentioned being from Mozambique) quickly shifted to Spanish when he saw me translating to my partner from English to Spanish which made things a bit more seamless for me! The room was great, lovely view, coffee machine there and there’s an iron and ironing board already in the wardrobe! Bathroom is a nice size and the shower is lovely. The room comes with heating and air con, both necessary during our stay so very much appreciated! The location is also really nice, not centre centre but there’s many modes of transport to the centre at very close distance.

My only flaw with this hotel was that when we arrived there was more than one hair on/under the pillows. Not sure if this is just a trend lately where hotels arent 100% attentive with cleaning anymore as it has happened to me multiple times in recent weeks, for me it’s a big negative point if a place isn’t properly cleaned.

Hotel was lovely and clean , staff are very friendly and helpful . You can buy a breakfast from the hotel for €15 all you can eat , lots of choice and will fill you up for the day. Rooms clean and have coffee machine in there and shampoos ,body wash , clean towels daily ,great hotel overall

Little bit out of the way ,but once you get the hang of public transport it's not issue ,take around 15-20 mins into central station using the bus .also download an app called bolt for cheaper taxi ,give you a price for the ride and automatically goes out of your bank , also offered 20% discount for the first 3 rides.

Good location, 2-3 Minutes far from L1 of the metro. Clean place, secure and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff

The staff were also kind enough to set us up in a twin room after my mother asked for it. Our old one was a tad small however the new one was bigger — half the room bigger. We didn't mind that the twin rooms were just two beds joined to together, though that is something to keep in mind for others — only thing that changed was that we didn't need to share a blanket anymore. At first we didn't have the breakfast however the staff was able to sets up for it during our last three days. The food there had variety with its breakfast foods (bread, hot food, juice, coffee machine, yogurt), though it was the same selection for everyone. Beds. I slept great though my mother not so much, it might be because of how you sleep in them (they are pretty firm) I slept facing the ceiling and my mother slept on her side. Light Switch. Being able to turn on and off the majority (ones above the bed) of the lights in the room was a convenience, especially for me since I slept late.

Location (away from the city centre), though it had the tram stop not to far away, we preferred to use the metro most times (it required a bit of a walk). When we didn't have the breakfast, it was a nightmare to find someplace to eat. That being said, those that prefer the trams will find location better. Alongside those people who don't come back to the hotel regularly, very tedious having to travel back and forth (which take an hour if you are unlucky for forgetful).

Love the family room. There were so much room on the ledge of the windows that we didn't have problem to let all our things spread out throughout without blocking the pathway. Love that it was at the centre of a shopping area so it was easy to stock up on essentials.

The staff was nice enough and didn't seem to bother us, but compared to other hotels we've stayed at, it was just average service. It was more their tone and demenour when spoken to. I didn't feel welcome. Maybe it's just the culture, but I'm not used to the harsh tone when spoken to. The location was great, but bear in mind that it is about a 20 minute public transport into the city centre.
