The room that we got its really nice it big with double bed. everything its clean.

When we arrive,,me and my friends wanna take a shower. when i enter the bathroom shampoo and body wash its finish. we go to receptionist and tell her to refill our shampoo and body wash,,the. we go to outside to see amsterdam view. When we comeback to hotel after 5 hrs, our shampoo and body wash still didnt get refill. We asked for many times..and seem like nobody care. after wait again almost 1 hrs and half,they manager come and give our new shampoo and body wash. they staff need to learn that every guest its important.

Close to the airport, nice restaurant in the village nearby.. Clean and comfortable room.

Private Parking and breakfast are very expensive. But there is a possibility to park your car on the side of the street for free approx 50 m away from the hotel.

I recently stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and had a wonderful experience! The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and public transportation, making it easy to get around. Location was good in terms of the proximity to the airport. The free shuttle is available every 30 minutes from the airport but to get to the airport from the hotel, you have to pay 5 Euro per person. The staff were very friendly and provided us promptly with everything we requested. The room size was quite large and comfortable.

We tried taking the normal public bus to get to amsterdam from the hotel which costed 6.5€ per person to get to the outskirts! This bus is run by a different company, hence GVB pass does not apply. Make sure you take a pass that covers all of Amsterdam and surrounding regions if you are staying here and want to use the public transport. Else you would be spending a lot on each trip or you have to pay to go to the airport and then take a train again.

Spacious room; comfortable bed.

-It was almost midnight when we arrived at the hotel together with many other guests. Checked-in took quite a long time. -Paid for the shuttle to get back to the airport but couldn’t get preferred time slot because it was full. -Bathroom is old; bathtub’s drainage clogged. -Shampoo and tissue weren’t refilled. Wanted to call receptionist but phone was not working.

Most of the staff were really friendly. Breakfast was good. Location is close to the airport, but it is not that easy to go by public transport there or to the city centre. There is a bus stop at walking distance, but be prepared to take at least two buses to go either way. The hotel offers a shuttle to the airport, but it costs 5 € extra

The smell of the room, strong pachuli! The smell did not go even by opening the Windows. The bikes for rent (not electric) are not in the best shape. We rented two days and the brakes were in bad condition. One day, they did not break well. The second day, one made an acute sound every time one braked. The brakes seemed stuck, which made driving the cycle double the amount of effort.

it felt like home away from home.

that we were charged separately for drops from hotel to airport with airport shuttle bus. I felt that should have been included as an amenity. the shuttle bus and the location is one of the reason we stayed there. now we are charged for it. we were charged for parking as well as hotel guests. this doesn’t seem fair.

I asked for an upgrade and without hesitation, they gave me one. That's really surprising. Love the beds, the spacious room and choice of body wash and shampoo. Room is reasonably clean. Buffett breakfast is very good.

The remote location has its drawbacks. I love the views and the quiet location but there is a lack of businesses like restaurants and shopping around the area. Missing body lotion as toiletries; missing face cloths, too.

Hotel itself was good value for money , check in guy was really good and helpful advising to prebook shuttle for airport which we did and then purchased 3 day ticket for 10 euros ,, shambles on the Saturday morning as we booked for 7.30 and was no room on shuttle as driver was just letting anyone on , went to recep tion and asked why we pay to prebook and not get on snd female on reception said was up too driver ....Not if you prepay and reserved !! Anyway ended ip getting uber at our own cost as reception said they would order a taxi but couldn't get through 20 mins later ..we got our own uber within 3 mins

Good value. Good location Schipol but it did take 15-20 minutes to get there.

Shuttle is great but costs 5euros per person. And does not run 24h.
