Super Service & comfortable 😊👍

on the first day night lately arrival to the hotel our room is not really clean but I informed them directly to the Personal to assist us to give a new alternative room in real action without any doubt! & they are apologize to us for then mistake 😊👍

The staff of the hotel was very kind and willing to help you, the room was nice, the reception lounge area was very beautiful and stilish, the bed was very comfy, when we left we took bus 369 to the airport ( 2 long stations-very near ), the lake/park was very near the hotel.

The location was a little bit to far from the city center ( we changed 2 public transportation to reach the center-bus 369 and tram 2, but at least the station was very near, 8 minutes walking ), the water didn't drained well in the shower and our room was on ground floor ( end of the corridor and we walk a little bit ), some neighbours was little bit noisy, but all in all it was a nice experience.

The room was nice and clean. The location of the hotel was very nice. The staff was super friendly and really helpful when we arrived. The room was cleaned every day. They helped us book an extra night when we asked them.

Due to construction works using public transport to reach the city was somewhat difficult. It's not the hotel's fault and they told us multiple ways to get to the city center.

very comfortable, service was amazing, clean situated in beautiful grounds close to a nature reserve with stunning views, bus stop at the top of the road.

I didn’t like that it was so far away, we didn’t know how to get there from the airport and went into Amsterdam central then walked for over 2 hours to get there which caused a great deal of pain for the rest of the trip as I have a disability. an email with the bus details would’ve been great from the hotel.

The hotel is cozy, you get all the essentials (towels, soups) the staff was friendly.

The location is a disadvantage. It takes 45 minutes to go to the center. It takes a bus and a tram. The 369 bus is included in the GVB daily ticket , but the 397 bus is separate, and you will pay additional to the GVB city center ticket.

Spacious rooms with all amenities. Clean and big bathrooms. Cupboard with locker and mini fridge (empty). Tea/coffee maker, big desk chair and very comfy double bed. A great room for a comfy stay. The reception and lobby also had a vending station for water, cold drinks, beer etc. And a mini shop where you can buy essentials.

The only downside I would say is the location, it's a little outside the city. But then it's well connected with Bus number 369 and 397 at regular intervals. Bus stop at 5 min walk from the hotel.

Really clean spacious room, large comfortable bed. The mini fridge was a nice bonus. The bathroom and shower was immaculate and better than most hotels I've stayed in. Staff were very helpful and accommodating - helped us with our travel into the city and stored our bags before check in and after check out. Great location - easy access to the city centre. We were able to book a canal cruise through a machine at the hotel, really cheap and handy.

Only very minor issues, but the lift was rather small and our hairdryer was not very good. This did not impact our stay at all and would 100% stay here again.

We needed a night in Amsterdam to see the Vermeer, everything in the centre was either booked up or super expensive, so I booked this hotel worrying that it would be too far etc but had no choice. It turned out lovely, Best breakfast in the world, easy to get to by bus (20 min) and the nicest staff possible. The lady in charge of housekeeping was just so nice! Gave us two interconnected rooms so the children could be right near us. And the children absolutely loved it.

- Overall neat place and service. - Quiet and private location with terrace (garden) - Close to the airport

- Bathroom’s door handle and lock wasn’t functioning well/ fragile - A bit far to the city center, you need to transfer at least once to get to the central station. Plus, walking from the bus stop is not super ideal since only concrete way is a bicycle way. Pedestrian way is off-road. - There are 2 Mercure hotels in the city. I was mistaken this for the central one. Where location is better for transportation. - Breakfast is 23 euros per person.

We were there for our honeymoon and I requested the hotel management to decorate the room for my husbands birthday. They did as I asked them to. It was a lovely surprise for my husband and everything was perfect and up to the mark. Location wise it was great just 10 mins from the airport in the bus. City centre was bit far but overall very nice stay and comfy bed.
