Lovely hotel, very well located train station was 5 minute walk and had access to city centre as well as other areas. Rooms are great, the view was very nice from our room, house keeping was done everyday and rooms were kept clean. The breakfast was AMAZING a lot of options. We also used the spa and it was clean and well-kept. Staff are very helpful and was available 24.7. Will definitely re-visit.

Fabulous upscale, boutique hotel in a great quiet location, just a 5 minute walk away from the metro train station, which takes you to anywhere in Amsterdam. Great view out of my room window overlooking one of the canals. Room was very high class and beautiful, super comfy bed , very good AC which cooled the entire room very well, and a wonderful rain showerhead in the bathroom, in which I fully enjoyed nice long showers at the end of the day, after a full day of sightseeing and walking, and enjoyed the great water pressure in the shower and the endless hot water. The breakfast buffet in the morning is perhaps the single best hotel breakfast I’ve ever experienced! Huge layout, fresh ingredients and fresh items , fresh-squeezed orange juice, egg/ omelet station, various cheeses and yogurts, pastries, etc. Great front desk hotel staff, very helpful with anything you need, and they know their job very expertly. They are all so very warm and friendly!

Beautiful Hotel, with amazing facilities and a fantastic breakfast. Staff were amazingly helpful and the price was incredible. The Spa was fantastic and was included in the price. Can't wait to stay again.

The hotel is extremely well run and has everything you need. The decor in the lobby, restaurant, bar, and room is lovely and original. It's also very conveniently located to the metro -- just 4 or 5 minute walk along the river. The breakfast and shower were superb. The beds were comfy but a bit warm.

We only had one complaint. The air conditioning was a bit weak. The weather was relatively cool for our stay, but if it had been warm outside, I'm not sure that the climate control would do the job.

The hotel is lovely and has good restaurants, so Calm and clean, and my room has a stunning view.

Staff friendliness, a bad experience at check-in, one of the staff, not all, but was enough to ruin the day. The hotel location is far from the central city, about 20 mins on the metro, which make it so annoying, especially if when you are going shopping or staying late at night parting

Loved the stay here. The property was beautiful. My room had a wonderful view of the river. The cleaner who was working on the 14th floor on the morning of 10th and 11th September was very helpful and kind. The spa was lovely with two saunas and one steam room. Breakfast was delightful and had many options. Reception staff were helpful.

Staff could have been more friendly in the bar. Room service is an additional €10 unless you go down to collect it. The reception told the bar the wrong room number so they didn’t call to tell me the food was ready and so when I went down to investigate, my food had to be sat there for 30 mins but no compensation was offered.

the location is peaceful and quiet

the reception staff are cool but sometimes when i call them by the room phone , they will put me on hold and never pick up , I waited for 15 minutes on the line and hung up afterwards , i guess there was only one receptionist and was with a resident.
