Great location! 7 min from Arnhem Central. Next to the city center. Shops, restaurants, everything is really close. Very comfortable bed and cosy pillows (I don't like soft ones).. Good European breakfast.

Big towels which we left on the floor to be changed... Were changed ... for small ones...every time. So, finally, we didn't have big ones))). I think, it would be a good idea to change carpets or clean them. Parking. It happend so, that occasionally we got known that 27.04 because of the King's Day we couldn't use the hotel parking as the access was blocked. So, we left the car at the train station parking, 7 min from the hotel and almost 8 euro cheaper. For 5 nights we saved 40 Euro)).

Location was amazing. Staffs were friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious.

They had space to hang clothes and open shelves to place any items. Personally, It would have been perfect to have a wardrobe settting as I was staying for longer days. It felt a bit messy even after arranging my things in the room. Internet was not password protected. So I was a bit hesitant to use it even for general purposes. The confirmation page of the internet said they were clean. It wasnt clear if they were talking about the internet connection being clean or the hotel being clean.

Hotel is close to a lot of restaurants,bars,shopping facilities,very convenient.Breakfast was good and extra points for the toast machine!Staff is very nice and helpful,we were greeted by Anthony who was super kind and funny!The room and hotel was very clean and well-maintained.The bathroom was super with the addition of a dim blue light.The bed was a little too hard for my liking but to each their own.Room had nice atmosphere.

Nearby street was a little loud at times with the window open, but that's not the fault of the hotel.

The hotel now provides a free complementary breakfast, we were there for the 4 Days Marches in Nijmegen, the hotel provided a free breakfast at 3:30 am every day whilst the event was on, fantastic, they went above and beyond what we expected, a big thank you. Breakfast was excellent even though it was free!

Pillows, a little hard and not soft although options in the room were hard or soft, they all felt the same....

Excellent room, very spacious, the bed was so comfy, the hot shower was most satisfying - I liked the fine grained control over how hot you want the water to be. The room was very clean, the heater was working great. I had a great night's sleep! I also liked that I was able to check in late (around 22.30)! Ohh and did I mention free wifi and free breakfast included? It's a bargain for the price.

The view could be better, but this is as good as it gets for an urban setting (note also I was on the second floor, maybe you'd get better views on the top floors).

We choose this hotel because of the location: close to the main railway station and the city center. The stuff was very kind and helpful (we had a lot of issue by renting a bike and they help a lot and it was not their fault we failed). Actually you can rent a bike directly from the hotel (but only for adults, no kid bicycle). The room was clean and it looks new and well maintened.

Cannot open the window (intentionally, so it's not broken). The room was a little bit small for three people. It was loud at the night (even if the other tourists tried to close the door quietly, it was too loud, but some of them don't even try and sing drunk-songs). A little bit expensive. And the breakfast was very poor (even if you follow their suggestion and go to eat at 7:30)

that they surprised you with a €25 fee for parking. Also, the reception staff is soo important, when someone is very grumpy it gives you a icky feeling as if your not welcome or worth being welcomed. (to the lady that was there with my check-in!) Maybe she has a complex- work on it hun. Props to the guys at check-in and check-out thank you!

Very Central, very friendly staff..very clean

I had an adjoining door ,which although guest was generally quiet you could hear everything that was said as though that person was actually in my room, need to remove or seal doors or soundproof ..or only put families in rooms with adjoining doors It was an expensive hotel and the breakfast was basic ,not much choice,for vegetarians,only boiled egg, and only really like you’d have in a youth hostel

This is a classic Holiday Inn Express hotel: if you have been in one, then you know exactly what to expect. This particular hotel has a superb location: not far away from the train station, you can walk to it, yet emerged in the livelily city center. The room was quiet even though the window looks onto the street. The staff is friendly and use personalised approach to every client. Hotel is clean, room and bathroom too, beds comfortable. Unlike some other HI Express hotels: the window can be opened, which I find a plus. The breakfast is good for a 3 star hotel. With this hotel, the price/quality ratio is very good.

If you haven't used a Holiday Inn Express hotel before, the room can be quite small, but I find it sufficient enough even with 2 kids. There is really nothing else I can mention that was not to our liking.

We loved the location. We knew the hotel from a previous visit and chose to return to it because of its location and the breakfast. The hotel is located close to shops and opposite the hotel is a supermarket.
