My bedroom was really comfortable with two floors, an amazing view on the old church, a big bed and a huge bathroom with bath and shower. The localisation is very nice and convenient, with 5 min walk to the city old center and close to the tramway station.

There was no fridge in the room, and despite my requests I couldn't get fresh mineral water anywhere in the hotel. As the surrounding shops close quite early, it would be nice to have a solution at the hotel for finding food and drinks at any time. Despite the cleaning was done perfectly, the soap bottles were not re-filled and I finished my stay with no more hand soap.

The hotel had interesting, eclectic decor, not just the usual universal hotel decor. There was a bit more than the basic kitchen set-up. The bathroom was spacious and had a bath. We were on the top, attic level floor, but there was an elevator! The location was right in the old city of Delft and we could walk everywhere easily. The bed was spacious and comfortable. An electric fan was provided.

The church tower was right outside our window and the bells chimed every 30 minutes day and night. However, sometimes it doesn't chime (why not??) so we had one undisturbed night out of 4.

The hotel location was good. The staff were excellent. The breakfast was probably the best we've had for choice, and all very tasty. The rooms were clean tidy and serviceable.

The fact that we were told of safe bike parking. This was just an outside area next to the front door of the hotel, not locked or under cover. Everything had to be taken off the bike to keep it dry. The rooms were 200m up the road in a completely different building which meant our luggage had to be lugged to the rooms. Although the breakfast was great there was only one coffee machine, with a long queue at busy times.

Our room was huge and very comfy. The bed was super comfortable after a long day of walking around the city. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Plus, the location is wonderful. A stone's throw away from a huge and secure parking garage and an easy walk into town in just a few minutes. We plan on coming back to Delft next year, and we will stay at this hotel again.

No air conditioning. But that is pretty common here in Europe. We did request a fan in our room. It was set up and running when we walked into our room the first time. It helped immensely.

Great location , close to Tram 1 stop and 10min from rail station. Excellent breakfast in a nicely decorated room with supportive staff .Our room was quiet at night. Shops, old town restaurants and market square only 5 mins away

Very little but no water glasses in bathroom, told theyre not provided and no decent sized cups to make a cup of tea. Only provided small coffee cups. As reported , close to old church whose Bells chime the hour and half hour...need earplugs if you sleep with the window open

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the heating of my first room leading to spending my first night stay in cold temperature, however, after I talked with the reception, they shortly changed my room and offered a better room. The breakfast was good and had some special items. I had requested breakfast with allergens considerations and they were helpful in explaining the ingredients to me and offering compatible foods with my request. Having a coffee/tea maker in the room was very nice.

A good central location in the old town. Very informative staff, and a nice room. Excellent breakfast, with great selection.

I enquired about safe bicycle parking and was told the hotel had some. The bike park was outside the front of the hotel, neither safe nor dry, so everything had to be taken into the reception, while we waited for the rooms to be got ready. The rooms we were allocated were 150m up the road in another building belonging to the hotel, which meant carrying all the bags to the room.

The hotel is conveniently located very near the city center. Everything in the historic center is less than a ten-minute walk away. The staff provided helpful assistance when needed, recommending restaurants and calling a taxi, etc. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.

The cord of the lamp on the nightstand had tape wound around it. It appeared to be white medical adhesive tape, not typical electrical tape. That did not seem very safe. Also, the television in our room kept turning itself on, even though we did not touch the TV or the remote. We had to unplug it in order to sleep.

The hotel was easy to find, beautifully furnished and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and breakfast room were very helpful. The location was excellent being close to the main square and numerous eateries. I will give serious consideration to visiting Delft again and staying in this hotel.

The arrangements for storing our bicycles had us feeling a little nervous as they were in an outside area and visible from the street, but as it turned out there really wasn't anything to worry about.

We really enjoyed breakfast and the staff working at the breakfast. One of the service women gave us very good tips and advice how to explore Delft. The room was very cozy and it felt very romantic inside the room. The mattresses were very comfortable. It is nice that you can make coffee in your room. The view from the room was mesmerizing, it faced the Old Church. The location was just perfect. In overall, we were very satisfied with the stay.

I expected to have one double bed, but in fact there were two beds next to each other.
