Very nice and friendly staff. Excellent location in the historical city centre. Charming building with a cozy courtyard.

Breakfast was rather simple for a hotel of that category (why not make more of the Dutch cheese and fish traditions?) The design of the room was rather extravagant to the point that it trumped functionality (no actual closet, open shower, heavy pieces of wood instead of coffee/bedside table...).

Location was 5 minutes to railway station and perfect for sight seeing in the centre of Delft, with its main churches, canals, streets, and restaurants and cafes. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, and help yourself breakfast was plentiful with variety and tasty. Room was very comfortable and roomy and the shower was good, if not overly powerful. Room view overlooking the patio/courtyard garden was lovely. The building itself had lots of character and was a great combination of classic and modern. I particularly loved the staircase and the print of the Rembrandt (Night Watch, for Pratchett fans ) in the foyer. I am a great fan of traditional Dutch front street doors and the one to the hotel on Koornmarkt was a classic. I now know a lot more about Vermeer than I did before, from one of the many museums and exhibitions. I can particularly recommend the Chocolate Company Cafe for a proper hot chocolate drink! There are lots of historical points of interest including details of the family of William of Orange.

Room did not have much in the way of drawers, which might have been inconvenient on a longer stay.

I booked this hotel for my parents and they absolutely loved it. They stayed in the senior suite room and the room actually felt bigger than what you see from the picture. The bathroom was huge with a big clean bath tub, shower, and a sauna! The sauna was so big and easy to use. It is located in the very center of Delft so you can reach anywhere on foot. The staffs were so kind and sweet. It was around 28 degrees outside but with the window open and a nice fan in the room, it felt quite chill. Highly recommended!

My parents stayed on the ground floor (they really do not like taking stairs) but if you get a room upstairs, there could be some stairs. (May sound obvious but something to check if you don't like stairs :))

The location is amazing and so close to everything. The bed and pillows were comfortable and I had a canal view room which was awesome. There was variety at breakfast and the staff were helpful. I would choose this room and hotel again .

There isn't enough light in the room after the sun goes down. I don't think it can be helped but the bathroom door doesn't open all the way so I bumped my arm multiple times resulting a couple of bruises. The internet in my room was terrible. Almost non-existent which was frustrating. It was also a little loud, being on the canal, but that was an easy trade off for the views. I just slept with earplugs.

It is a very charming hotel very centrally located. The rooms are modern and spacious. Everything works well. I was specially impressed with the lady at the front office who checked me in. I had booked a single room and got a single room on the ground floor. The room is very nice and it even had a terrace to sit outside with chairs and table. However, it was a very hot day and the room had no AC, only a fan. I did not dare to sleep with the doors open and if I slept with them closed it would have been extremely hot. So I asked the lady to move me to a room on the first floor so I could leave the windows open. She was very supportive and offered me a lovely room on the first floor facing the inner courtyard. It tuned out to be a double room. She did not charge me extra. I was very pleased with this service. I slept very well with the windows open. I left the hotel feeling good and will certainly return. I come to Delft often as my daughter is studying in the University.

That rooms have no airconditioning, especially when days are very hot.

The location of the hotel was perfect for Delft, and super easy to get to from the train station. The hotel itself it lovely, with touches from the original building (exposed beams), but also very modern. My room overlooking the canal was fantastic. I will note that it can be a little noisy on Friday and Saturday nights from college revelers, but ear plugs fixed that right up. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I really have nothing bad to say about this place at all.

This isn't a knock, but breakfast was the same every day. Granted, it was really good, so I didn't mind one bit, but just FYI if you need variety in your life.

All the staffs are so generous and warm any of all. The room is so big and comfortable and has nice view of beautiful canal that I have been missing for a long time. Breakfast was well arranged and I saw that they served the rest of the meal for volunteering support. It was very impressed. And whenever I stop for the coffee they served free bread and cookies. I cannot forget their warm hospitality. I will miss the stay for a long time again.

Nothing... But just missing the stay very much.

we travelled there by bicycle and they couldn't have been more helpful, letting us park our bikes securely in the outdoor terrace area. we also liked the outdoor space as we like to sit outside for a cuppa in a morning etc. the rooms were fabulous very spacious, clean and comfortable and i particularly enjoyed using the Nespresso coffee maker provided it was delicious coffee. we visit Delft quite regularly and will definitely try and book here again. Only negative was no breakfast included in the booking but not essential.

The hotel is in a lovely old house by a canal and only a few minutes walk from the main square. Our room was very quiet with a large comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. The staircase was a traditional twisty Dutch one, but luckily there was also a lift. The staff were very helpful, allowing us to check in early and letting us leave our bags there the following day.

Breakfast was pretty standard, with not a great selection of hot food, but they did have a good selection of fresh fruit. We loved the fact that the windows opened, but we did end up with a mosquito in our room so perhaps mozzie nets on the windows would help.
