- Wi-Fi works perfectly, even in the last bungalow - The staff is incredibly friendly and answered every question - Although inmidst a wood, you can find everything you need (markets, food) just a few minutes down the road - The kitchen has everything you need for normal circumstances

- There is an air vent in the shower, but no air vent in the small toilet... you can imagine yourself what this means if you travel with five men - Personal prefernce: Due to the lack of experience, we didn't trust the gas oven at all

The location is lovely. Very calm and peaceful. Really enjoyed stepping out into the woods. Its good for nature lovers, hikers, bikers etc. Before breakfast and afternoons going into woods and listen to the Woodpeckers and birds. Its peaceful and perfect way to relax with nature. The place is a short bike ride from Driebergen Zeist train station. Plenty of OV bikes available at the station. Also there is a public swimming pool about 8 minute bike ride away. I had a nice swim Sunday afternoon. Very good after biking&hiking. I like "The Living Room" concept of the hotel. There is free coffee and tea all day and some cookies :) You can sit in living room and read a paper, magazine, play a game or read your book. Totally chill. The hotel is very clean and staff all seemed friendly. On Saturday they did a buffet dinner for a 2nd time. Sort of Italian theme. They were working very hard to make it looking nice and taste good. The Brasserie has a nice atmosphere and sitting outside there in afternoon is chill too, catch some afternoon sun.

Possibly work on blending in more plant--based food options...also ways to save a tree :) :) Maybe throw out the regular bitterballen and choose for Cas en Kas plant based versions. Its time now.

We stayed here over new year's eve with the dog, along with many other dog owners as it turns out. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean and modern, kettle and tea/coffee/hot chocolate facilities are provided. A large lounge area also has help-yourself tea and coffee making facilities and a selection of board games and magazines. The dog got her own food and water bowls and a little bed. Dog biscuits on reception desk. The special buffet dinner was delicious - I have a sensitive stomach and poor quality food regularly makes me ill but I had no problems here which tells me they are cooking with good quality ingredients. The car park was busy but we managed to find a space. I look forward to visiting again next year!

I wish they would offer room service for dinner and breakfast, as dogs aren't allowed in the dining room it makes meals a bit challenging if you are a solo traveller. The dog bed was upside down and when i flipped it the right way up it had poo stains on it.... I've stayed here twice and the first time the room was very quiet. The second time there was a continuous buzzing noise in the bathroom. I had to wear earplugs in order to sleep.

The hotel is located in a forest. Hiking trails and bike routes just outside the front door. The breakfast was great, with a lot of choices. Fresh coffee was also available for free in the lobby. Big patio with loads of chairs available. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was decorated in a decent way and the bathroom was sufficient. Plenty of parking spots available. No issues with cleanliness. Also, our request to make up two single beds, instead of one double, was realized right away.

I had initially chosen this place because of the good position, and I wanted to explore the nearby cities and the area. But once we arrived I could immediately see this place have so much more to offer! The room is spacious, functional and the bed is extremely comfy. It is positioned on the perimeter of a forest and there are plenty of trails and paths to walk or cycle, which is what we ended up enjoying the most about our stay. The staff is extraordinary: all the people I spoke to looked sincerely happy to help and all my requests have been satisfied. They are very attentive toward the environment and, at the time of my visit, they offered a free drink if you did you part. The breakfast is amazing: not only you are greeted by a very professional and courteous person when you arrive in the breakfast room, but the variety and the quality of the products is stunning. They have many common areas where to unwind, some in the open and some inside.. very well furnished where to enjoy a book, catching up with news or having a drink. Adjacent to the hotel you can find their brasserie, which is worth visiting even if you don't stay at the hotel. It seriously raised the bar. I honestly can't stress this enough: all of the staff in hotel and brasserie not only were professional and courteous, but also seemed very happy to help and accomodate my requests, this made a beautiful experience. For me, amongst the long walks in the park, their superlative cleanliness, the excellent quality of food and the superb staff, what also made a positive impact is the quality of the sleep when I was there. Haven't slept this good in ages.

Nothing really, but I'd recommend to promptly bring any subject to the staff attention because they will probably fix it. For example upon arrival, a bit late, we found the room to be a bit more chilly than I like so we change the temperature on the radiator and asked for an extra blanket which arrived promptly and we slept well since.

Coffee, tea, water + chocolate/biscuit between 7.00-22.00 for free in the main hall. Water, coco, tea , simple coffe + water heater + sweets in the room. Restaurant in the hotel and an other on one minute walking (try the vega burger at Klein Zwitserland it s super). Safe in the room, fan, window can be opened. Wood accross the hotel.

Lot s of parfum at the entree/hall when arriving, you can already smell it on the parking. Window can only be opened a littele, it was warm. Warm duvet for the summer. Google Geraniol, this is an ingredient in the beauty products in the room, it s better not to use them.

Very clean, like new furnishings. The property and surrounding forest is beautiful. I liked waking up to the sound of the birds outside (I don't get this often, living in a high rise at home). We didn't try the food at the hotel, but the restaurant next door was really good.

We would've liked one large family room, or at least joined rooms, but this was a last minute booking so the closest they were able to get us was across the hall from each other. We do appreciate that they did their best to accommodate our request, though.

we had a family room ie 3 bedrooms and a kitchen etc. the facilities were comfortable and clean and provided us with a great base to do all the things we wanted to do around Holland.

initially when we arrived on the Sunday around 7pm we really struggled to find any staff. subsequently this wasn’t an issue so maybe unique to the time we arrived. similarly there was a water cut on the Monday which meant we couldn’t shower. not sure if the reasons but assume it was a one off and outside of the hotels control.

The hotel and its location is simply fabulous. The staff and their hospitality was heart warming. The forest around is so calming and beautiful. I would love to go back again. The breakfast opstions can be varied a bit time to time to make it more interesting for guests staying for more than a few days.

Nothing :)

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast wasn't included, but was well presented and tasty. The free coffee in the lounge was much appreciated as well.

The only problem we encountered was with the heat.. No airco in the room made it a little uncomfortable during the hottest moments of the day.
