first of all we liked extremely friendly stuff. girls at the reception made our stay at Old London comfy and cozy. the hotel itself located in a nice area and has everything to make your stay unforgettable: sauna, pool, gym, restaurant ans spacious rooms.

to be honest it was a bit difficult to fall asleep since walls have no isolation and we could hear our neighbours. in our opinion beds were too soft and had a specific smell

Very nice hotel , the staff were great and extremely helpful. The restaurant standard of food was very high, great food ,great service.

My only negative comment is that the hotel is in a remote part and for example it was difficult to get Ubers etc. Although the hotel does have a link to a local taxi firm who normally arrive within 10-15 mins

The breakfast was excellent! Easy access to the motorways to travel by car to Amsterdam, Utrecht etc Excellent location for my stay. The hotel has an indoor heated pool with Sauna which was nice to use in the evening. Free parking was a bonus and the location was very quiet and relaxing, good for walks and cycling.

A bit far from from the nearest tram/train station. Ideally suited if you travel by car/taxi.

Given the Covid restrictions we had asked in advance if we could have an evening meal in our room and if our daughter who lives nearby could join us as we were celebrating her graduation. This was all set up for us and the food and service was excellent. We had chosen to have main course and dessert at the same time but they even phoned to point out that we had ordered ice cream in one of the desserts and it might be better if we had the courses separately. This showed real attention to detail. There is also an indoor swimming pool and other facilities. The pool area is warm and very atmospheric!

The only down side was that the room overlooked the indoor winter garden which has games facilities; machines etc: There was a rather noisy group making use of this without masks. This was a little disturbing but fortunately not excessively so.

Great breakfast. My son and I enjoyed making use of the indoor swimming pool and sauna. There are also a variety of games, a pool table, table tennis, PS5 and dart's you can play in a large, three story high, airy sun-room. Playing limited between 11am and 10pm.

the location in the national forest and being able to rent the bikes. it was quiet and had a nice area to relax in within the room. the outdoor seating area in the courtyard was lovely and such a wonderful friendly helpful staff.

we have no complaints!

The location is great, very quite. The room are spacious, clean and warm. There is no mini bar in the rooms but there is a maxi bar next to the reception. The swimming pool isn’t big but enough.

It was very busy at the breakfast at 9am. And it didn’t look like the staff in the breakfast area could cope with the amount of people and one of them wasn’t very friendly probably because of this pressure.

Hotel is located within park area with lots of woodland and excellent area for walking and biking in nature. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Evening dinner restaurant quite expensive but very good. Courtyard terrace was very nice and spacious.

Location is a bit of a way out from the central Zeist which is both plus and a minus.

location is lovely for walks in the forest. Bed was comfortable. Outdoor seating and dinner was nice

No coffee machine in bedroom only instant coffee. First place in 2 years where we were not able to have a nice coffee in the room. Manager took note of our disappointment, thank you

The hotel is located next to a forest and the staff was very helpful. The dinner and service was incredible, I had very good memories. If you rent bike, Zeist is very close to visit.
